Sadly it's been a painful week, but tomorrow is injections at the pain center. I hope they help. These old shoulders of mine are ticking me off.

Had a total of 9 injections, 2 in my right shoulder and 7 on the left (from the top all the way along the shoulder blade) which has been acting up something fierce. Have ice on it now.
