Magnus laughed. "Well it ain't 'ard. We all know 'ow much I love Astronomy and well me inner eye 'as a patch on it now. Still I did like Gaia's crystals and runes. Those were the first things I've ever really felt any kinda of connection with in divination." Magnus laughed. "There's drinks over there and do you want us to get into trouble?"

Slowly, Eros rose up from his seat, pushing his drink away from him as he made his way forward. "I'm Eros, sir," the seventeen year old greeted politely. The way he talked to adults and parents was definitely different from how to talked to his fellow students. The tone was different. It was the same way he talked to him own parents. Respectful, slight reverence, and calm. He was nervous but he didn't show it. Eros stood there for a moment before extending out his hand for a handshake. He hadn't realized it, but small physical contact with other people was becoming easier for him.

He nudge the boy () as an older boy approached him. He eyed him curiously and extended his hand "Heard a lot about you. I am surprised you haven't made your way to the farm. Everyone is expecting you." He grinned at the boy "please don't call me sir. Makes me feel old. You can call me Gregory." ()

"Oh, I guess Gaia is still training my stomach," he looked over to the seer and then back to her father. "Yes, sir...I mean, yes, Gregory...sir...," Eros kept trying to correct himself. It went against how he was raised, but Eros did his best. It was something he would have to work on. He bit his lips and chuckled a bit. "Sorry, I will try to get out of that habit," the Aussie nodded.

Magnus nodded. "Unfortunately I'd need a room o them to pass Divination." Magnus snickered. "We could make you royal and call ya Sir Gregory."

Seems you are not up to her level or something. I can't remember her exact words." () He grinned "Sir Gregory sounds fun, but I am afraid I am not a knight. I guess I could start a round table at the farm. I am sure Mrs. Kavanagh would love that." He pondered for a moment "Yeah, I don't think she would like that, but I might do it either way!" he clapped the young boy on the shoulder. ()

Magnus was laughing boisterously. "I can see the unicorns all round the table asking if Sir Gregory would like them for the royal steeds."

"I like to do my baking early in the morning when they are busy for breakfast so I can use their ingredients." He giggles. "I make things for my friends but the rest is my drug, so I can't leave it in the common room, but I do bring the cookies for tea when we gather."

"I think you and Emmet can work together well and if both are curse breakers could be great, but just follow your heart. I live in a dragon sanctuary so I know lots about them and I want to look after the dragons always."

"Huh?," his voice still calm as he looked back to the man. There was a brief look of confusion before his eyes narrowed slightly. "She did beat me once in a race, but..." there was emphasis on the 'once' and then he struggled to find the right words. How does he friendly trash talk about his girlfriend to her father? "I guess it depends what kind of level we're talking about. Beauty, maybe," a crooked smile formed on his lips. "Quiddich, debatable."

Eros looked over to Magnus, who seemed greatly amused by the idea of Sir Gregory and a round table. Eros grinned for moment and then looked back to Gregory. "I'll work on it," he nodded. "You'll have to let me off the hook the first several times, though. Although, I might make it a habit quicker if you help me out and convince Gaia to let me keep eating pineapples.," he added smirking.

"Maybe you can agree to not eat it on days you see 'er, so she don't get pineapple flavoured smooches," Magnus suggested.

Might buy me enough time to persuade her to the pineapple dark side," he nodded looking over to Gaia. He said 'temporarily' since he wasn't one to go into a relationship without thinking far into the future. He couldn't help but imagine the pineapple-related quarrels they'd have if they lived together.

"Although, would you really not kiss me if I tasted like pineapples?," he made a slight puppy face towards Gaia, not really minding that her father was right there.

"maybe you should use a flavoured chapstick?" Magnus suggested. "Good thing she ain't allergic to pineapple, cos then you'd 'ave to give it up completely.

"I think if I ate everything I baked, I would have a serious weight problem. But I like giving the treats away. It helps my housemates feel better. I can always make more.

"I think Emmett and I would work brilliantly together as curse breakers. We talk about it a lot but we need to make sure it's what we both want without pressure from the other. I support him no matter what he decides and same goes for him. I remember you mentioning you lived in a dragon sanctuary, so that should be second nature to you"

Merlin giggles. "I don't eat all I bake, but yes half of it, sometimes not even a handful but I have a strong appetite and burn a lot of calories, especially in dragon form." He sheepishly smiles. "I guess moving a large body burns all I eat very fast or so I think."

"That's sweet, you two are a nice couple."

() Gregory laughed and turned to Eros "it would seem my daughter challenges you. That's good, but I also trained my daughter. I know her Quidditch abilities. I can promise you I won't even talk to you up close." Gaia was serious "I won't tell you not to eat it, but I will also not be around when you do!" She laughed and kissed Eros cheek. ()

"I try to play quiddich but mostly for fun. I'm pretty good but not good enough for a team. I would imagine you do burn a lot of calories, especially in your dragon form. I always wondered what my Animagus form would be. I also like to swim but I'm not brave enough to swim in the lake near Hogwarts. It's far too cold and I don't know what's in there.

"Aww, thank you. We've been friends for a long time. We never considered anyone but each other. He felt bad because he wasn't as active as he hoped to be, especially at the end of the term. I miss him though. It was nice having him here for the term."

"I'm not the best quidditch player, but I have improve some so I at least can have fun with friends sometimes. Yes, I may not burn much as Merlin the wizard but yes lots as the dragon. Maybe your animagus form would be something pretty like a bunny or a cat. Don't know. I wouldn't recommend swimming there, but there is a pool I think...you can easily swim in the prefects tub."

"Tell him hi when you see him, he is nice guy."

While the table was discussing Quidditch, Fade doodled a broom, a few rings, and the balls from the sport, spending a bit of extra time trying to get the wings of the snitch to look right. Then the topic switched to fruits so he drew a pineapple and mango and cross section of a kiwi from memory so they didn’t look exactly like themselves, but close enough.

A popping sound brought him back to reality. Fade looked up from his sketches to find sitting beside him, and Gaia’s father approaching from the side. () Being caught unawares his hair turned several shades darker and a blush washed over his cheeks. Trying to pretend like he wasn’t drawing mango’s for any other reason, he smiled up at Mr.Kavanagh. “Hey, hi! Didn’t bring the kids with you?” Kids of course referring to the unicorn foals. But of course he didn’t, Fade was only teasing.

(( I am TERRIBLE at keeping up. I blame the wedding and people wanting to hang out with me for ??whatever? reason. ))

"I would love to be able to play on the Hufflepuff team but there are so many players better than I. And I don't think I'm competitive enough for it.

"I always thought it would be a cat too. They are my favorite animals and my patronus is a female lynx. Emmett's is a male lynx. It's kind of funny we have the same one. I always wanted it to be something that would blend into environment if I were to become a curse breaker. Maybe I'll try to learn it when I finish at Hogwarts. I'm going to have way too many classes to learn it while there.
