"Alright," Magnus said laughing, "I'll give you that." She didn't comment on what she meant so he decided to drop it. "'Ey Merlin," Magnus said with a giggle, "long time no see." They had been spending a lot of time together over the holiday.

"Hello Gaia!" He was very happy to be there and to see those he haven't seen during the break and those he did too, so he went and give the girl a hug. "How are you doing? How's the vacation going?"

He then hugged Magnus. "Hello stranger." He grins. "Gabriel says hi, he just drop me off. Everything cool?" He looks to the sides. "Who else has arrived?"

Getting Ready...

"Maman! Please, just leave me be. I can pick out my own cloze!" Her mother, Camila, had been piling different outfits on her bed for hours. She had endless suggestions of what to wear, especially when wanting to get the attention of certain people. Standing in the doorway the entire time was her father, Marc. "Now you know zat your mozer is just trying to 'elp, Sauvage. Be nice." He lifted his eyebrows and gave a half-smile, showing that he meant what he said but also understood her pain. "Yes, papa." Sauvage sulked for a moment, then grabbed the signed permission slip and headed for the door. "Oh!" Her mother said, "By zee way, I put a leest of zings zat I need you to peeck up for me at Diagon Alley inside your purse!"

Sauvage arrived in Diagon Alley an hour or so before the meeting time. Her mother had asked her to grab a few items while she was there, so she dipped in and out of the shops to get everything on the list before the rendez-vous. She was so thankful she'd learned to put an extension charm on her purse, which made carrying all the groceries much easier. She wandered into the Leaky Cauldron, immediately hearing so many familiar voices but the first face she happened to see was Magnus wearing some very bright pants. "Allo, Magnus! Long time no see. 'ow are you?" She grinned happily at her friend whom she'd already begun to miss. Sauvage heard Fade and twirled around, trying to see if she could find him. Instead, she saw the hostesses and nodded at Harper and Gaia then gestured to the decorations. "You did a wonderful job wiv zee decorations. It looks so nice!"

"'Ow's Gabe doin?" Magnus asked, "'Yep, everything is going well. You? Er, I 'aven't been 'ere long but I saw Paddy, Fade, Eros, Gaia, Millie and Harper already."

"'Ey Sauvage, 'ows it going? I'm doin' alright. Can't complain. 'Aving a good break?"

It was a typical busy summer day in Diagon Alley, but inside Gringotts the atmosphere was magically hushed. Sam sat at an out of the way desk next to Bragkus, a young goblin, who was patiently correcting her pronunciation of various goblin verb forms. She was waiting for her father, who had insisted on escorting her to the Leaky Cauldron. He was a bit concerned about the appropriateness of the bar for a youth gathering, and refused to let her go there on her own. His mind was unreadable as he handed Gaia Sam's invitation and permission slip (A goblin spell for the bank's protection), as was his expression as he took in the decorations and atmosphere of the gathering.
"Have fun Sam" he said dismissively turning to head back through the brick archway. "I'll be at the bank when you're done." "Gee, you'd think I was trying to sneak a dragon egg into the house again" Sam sighed.

Giving Gaia an impulsive hug, Sam apologized for her father's imperious attitude. "He doesn't mean to be so rude. He's just really awful with people. Am I late?"

She waved back at the blue haired boy and walked over to introduce herself. "I'm Alize Rosalyn, but please call me Rosie." she smiled softly at him. She glanced curiously around and noticed the palm trees were swaying in time with the music. At that she giggled and turned around her axis. The place had been decorated abundantly and she really liked the bright flower garlands. Bright pinks, oranges and yellow wrapped around the columns with bits of green leaves occasionally in between.

More people said their greetings as they entered the pub, people Rosie hadn't met before. One of the girls had dressed in a beautiful pink dress and the delicate wreath in her hair caught her attention. The girl had waved to her direction probably for the boy next to her. "The birdy in your hair is adorable." Rosie remarked pointing towards her own head. "Oh! I'm Rosie! I don't think we've met before." she quickly added hoping the girl would introduce herself.

As even more people entered the Leaky Cauldron Rosie smiled at the familiar faces. So far she had only recognized Paddy and Gaia so she beamed once she saw Magnus and Merlin. She waved and skipped over hearing the tail end of their conversation. Apparently they had only had time to briefly talk about their holiday activities so Rosie hadn't missed much. She shifted her weight to lean on her right side and glanced over the group. "Hello!" she greeted and suddenly noticed movement on a shoulder gasping softly. She stared at the snake with sparkling eyes and her mouth snapped closed. She had an urge to pet the serpent but wasn't sure if she should ask.

Lots more people were filtering in. Fade smiled at Keet, still somehow nervous when pretty people paid him any mind. () Across the room he spotted Merlin’s silver locks, and Magnus was close by. ( ) Hard to miss him in those pants, Fade admittedly was a bit jealous. Had someone mentioned something about a dragon sanctuary? As more people gathered it was becoming more difficult to pick up the little conversations, not that he should be eavesdropping anyway.

“Nice to meet’cha Rosie.” () He was intrigued by her piercings, his dad had a few himself, but so far his mother had outright refused to let him get any of his own. Still too young or whatever her most recent excuse was.

Over the music and din of friendly chatter Fade’s ear twitched to the sound of a familiar french accent. () His heart thumped audibly in his chest but he covered stealthily with a cough. “Scuse me, I need some water.” He nodded to the ladies and stepped toward the bar in search of a glass. Even with the sound of his friends voice in his head yelling at him that he was going the wrong direction.

Magnus smiled as Sam arrived. His little yellow mouse snuck out from his pocket and climbed up his arm to perch on his shoulder. "'Ey Sam, 'ow goes it?" he asked.

"How are you doin, Rosie? 'Aving a good 'oliday?" The yellow mouse was now cleaning her nose with her paws.

"Fade!" Magnus called trying to get his friend over to him. This way you dolt." He was smiling whilst his mouse continued to clean her nose.

"Ey!" Sam smiled back, "Other than the folks acting like I'm about to try to hatch a dragon egg behind their backs..., fine. How's about you? I see you've been keeping up with the color charms practice" She giggled at the yellow mouse, reaching out to gently rub it between the ears with one finger. "You have any idea what this big surprise the adults are trying to hide from us is gonna be?"

Magnus looked over her shoulder. "Nope, can't see a dragon egg, but do lemme know if you get one," he said smirking. "Eh? Oh you mean Belle's colour? She's a natural blonde." He smiled as Sam petted her. Belle squeaked happily. "Nope, I've been pestering Mum but she won't say. In fact she said if I asked her one more time she was gonna make me to extra Astronomy work."

"My break is going well. A bit boring, but relaxing, too. 'ave you done anyzing fun lately? I 'ave mostly just been reading and playing in zee garden."

Sauvage noticed Fade walking to the bar for a drink, but stayed by Magnus. She hadn't seen Fade for a while wasn't sure how to start conversation with him. He was also walking away from a group of girls and thought it better to let her twinge of jealousy subside before greeting him. ((OOC: love your avatar by the way!))

"Gabriel is fine, busy but very well. Things are good, lots of changes being done back home in order to improve the security, the best thing is there is a new protection in every walking path so the dragons can't cross it, it has taken a lot of time but both Paul and Tams are helping too. We are sure it would improve security lots but since the place is so large it has taken days to put up all the shields."

"Hey Rosie! How you've been? Have you done anything fun this break?" She was looking at his snake. "You can touch Thunder, he is quite friendly.

"How's the break treating you, had lots of fun? I've been busy and having lots of fun and drama in my life but I've learn lots of things about myself and I'm glad."

"If you do have a dragon egg I can take it home and look after it, I don't recommend having it in a house." He then adds. "I live in a dragon sanctuary, that's why I say so." He explained realizing maybe it wasn't known by everyone.

Private Outfit

Elizabeth nodded at Magnus. She remembered him from the house elves workshop, but they never had interacted much. "My holidays are actually quite nice.", she explained and smiled carefully, "I mostly stayed in my hometown, though I went to diagon alley a few times to get some shopping done." Reassuring herself that Muir was well and seemed pretty calm, she decided to listen to some of the conversations. She wondered whether to say hi to Merlin, but then she remembered Merlin's small pet snake and decided to stay away for now as she wasn't quite sure how her own snake would react. She placed a hand over her Muir carefully and went over to Millie. "I didn't expect the invitation either. And what a shame, I just finished a late breakfast at home. The food seems to smell quite delicious.", she said and chuckled. "You've mentioned a bakery...does it belong to your parents?"

"Sorry its been kinda boring. I've 'ad some boring days but mostly been invited to lots of different friends 'ouses so been running about. Zoo, 'orseback riding, things like that."

"Paul's been talking about that too. 'E's dead thrilled to be able to visit and work on the security. Glad its going alright, sounds like a big task," Magnus said.

"Glad you're 'aving a good time. I gotta roam Diagon Alley a few times too. I love it 'ere, all the shops and atmosphere."

Keet turned to notice that Millie was greeting her, as well as some of the other students who had just arrived. "Hi Millie," she smiled, "my summer has been going well so far, thank you. I have been teaching my fwooper, Disco, some new tricks. What about you?"

Keet giggled, "Thank you! I wouldn't worry about the birdy too much.. it's a mini, enchanted sculpture that I added to the wreath. It's convincing though, isn't it?" she winked.

Noticing that Merlin and Magnus had arrived as well, Keet smiled and waved to them. She remembered both of them from the house elf workshop.

Keet heard a girl calling to her whom she hadn't met before. Smiling at the compliment on her birdy wreath, she replied, "Thanks! It's nice to meet you Rosie, I'm Keet. I love your outfit, the necklace and ring you chose compliment it so well! I just adore sparkly things" she grinned.

The signed permission slip for the Diagon Alley outing and a blown glass paperweight in the shape of Snitch made her smile. As much as she missed Hogwarts, she was enjoying her break from school. Poppy was dividing her most of her time by tagging along with her dad as he scoped out Quidditch training camps and going to the beach with her mom.

"@ Gaia!" She greeted her friend at the door of the Leaky Cauldron. "Thanks for organizing this. It looks like a good turn out in there!"

Poppy continued inside. She grinned as she spotted Harper (@ mary) by a table piled with jackets in the corner. "Hey! Everything looks great." Taking off her own coat and adding it to the pile, she juggled her permission form and bag. "Here's my slip. I'll see you later; let's catch up for sure!"

Poppy gave them all a warm smile and a wave before approaching two prettily dressed girls () () she had never seen before. "I love your sundresses. I'm Poppy Blackwood." She was a sucker for a big hair ribbon and the little bird perched on the wreath was too charming.

Gaia smiled at Merlin () "It would seem I have missed quite the adventure." She continued before the boy could respond. "We have been expanding the farm. It would seem dad is trying to turn the farm into a sanctuary or something. We are now training cats." She shook her head as her attention returned to the other students coming in.

As she walked back to the door she bumped into "It is so good to see you! We are going to have a lot of fun! Fade is already here somewhere!" Scanning the crowd. Out of nowhere Sam () was there with an older man. "AAAAHH!!! IT IS SO GOOD TO SEE YOU! I wasn't sure if you would make it! You are never late! As for your dad I would be surprised if a few of the parents didn't show up. I mean A couple of sixteen year olds throwing a school party during a holiday in a bar would be highly suspicious, but hopefully our hidden messages helped them be more comfortable!" Gaia grinned at her friend and waved her in. "The others are inside! I will join in a few. I need to collect most of the permission slips and send them to Hogwarts."

Gaia grinned at Keet () "Well that is a relief! I am not sure how pets will behave after a while... today is going to be a long day! and with that Gaia walked away giggling to herself till she saw Poppy () walking in. "POPPY!" she hugged her friend "it is so good to see you! You look great!"

As the Leaky Cauldron got crowded food started floating out of the kitchen. The aroma of roasted pork sandwiches and potato salad took over the room making some mouths water for a taste of the delicious food.

Gaia came into view as she began describing some of the dishes being served. "In honor of our Luau we went with a tropical theme. You will all find some flower necklaces around the room. Feel free to grab one that calls out to you! We made them thinking of personalities and traits that might spark the interest for you! Harper () herself has come up with a few specialty drinks for today! Those will come out later for our enjoyment. For now we have a full selection of juices, teas, water, and some coffee for those of you who need a little pick me up at 1 pm!" She laughed and started pointing around the room at the different tables set up. "As you can see there are tables with themed food for different parts of the world. All of them have been made in a way that can be carried or eating in a few bites. Of course you are welcome to eat a full meal of your choosing from the menus on the main table." A quick glance at the family style table you notice parchment menus with a few dishes selections and a vegan-vegetarian menu. "I would like to officially welcome you all to our first ever LUAU SUMMER BASH!" All of a sudden fireworks erupted in the air taking different shapes of fruits and summer activities. "I am so glad that worked! The house-elves are amazing! Thank you all for a wonderful display!" Gaia was about to turn around when she realized she wasn't finished "Oh, yes. You might all be wondering what will happen today and why we had a dress code on the invitation. This will be revealed later." Gaia grinned "I am sure we will have fun! Today is full of surprises, food, music, and of course dancing! Please, enjoy yourselves!"

When Elizabeth () asked about the bakery. "Yes, my mum does. It's the German bakery not far from here. I was about to make some tea and biscuits and take a nap when my dad told me about the invitation. I think it got mixed with his stuff from the hospital. He is a healer at St. Mungo's."

"That sounds nice, Keet. I've been catching up on my rest and working in my mum's bakery. And doing summer homework. The work never ends. At least I've gotten it back down to a manageable amount.

She noticed Poppy () and Sauvage () and she waved to her them. She also saw Sam ( ) enter the pub. Then the food was brought out and Millie realized she hadn't eaten since breakfast. She walked over to the tables and started looking at everything. She grabbed a glass of gillywater to start with
