[img align=left]https://sapi.subeta.net/shared/230252.png[/img] Sauvage blinked out of her reverie, realizing she'd faded to the background of the party to watch everyone, which then turned into her simply daydreaming in a corner. Awkwardly trying to reenter the realm of sociability, Sauvage walked up to the nearest group, asking if they minded her joining. It was a happy coincidence that Fade happened to be a part of that group.

She was glad to be around a small table with Gaia and Eros ( ) and she said aloud, "Ever seence zee Quidditch training, I 'ave wanted to get to know zee both of you better, but eet feels like school ended right after zat!" She smiled at Gaia and at Eros, including them both in what she said to say. "You are so fun to be around! Whever zat eez togever or separately, although you are very funny when you are togever, always teasing zee ozer.."

You had parents sign a permission slip with nothing on it. At least, nothing we can see." He casually slipped a spoon of passion fruit into his mouth, still trying to see if he can read Gaia's mind, but then turned his attention to Sauvage.

"Hey," he greeted nonchalantly with a quick nod. "Fun?," Eros arched an eyebrow. "Yeah, you haven't hung out with me enough. I think that's mostly Gaia," he replied. "She's annoying insistent on making sure people have fun."

Paddy realised that she'd spent so long eating that she'd blanked out the conversations going on around her. Noticing that Magnus () was close by, she wandered over. "Had a good break so far?" she asked, "bet you spent most of it trying to perfect your Quidditch skills" she added with a grin.

"One thing is for sure Eros makes me a better Quidditch player. He has been the best one I have faced one on one." She quickly added "no offense Magnus () or Merlin (). She grinned and continued "As far as the permission slips go what fun would it be without some mystery? Besides it can't be an awful idea if your parents let you come!" ()

He moved up her right arm as she gently patted him with her left hand. It seemed he wanted to curl up on her shoulder as Rosie thanked Merlin. The movement near her neck made her shiver. A few minutes in she felt the conversations around her slowing down and thought it was a good moment to sit down herself. For some time she had been interacting with people, many of whom she hadn't met before, however it was getting a little overwhelming. "I'm going to sit over there..." Rosie muttered and slipped away from the crowd to sit quietly on a stool and observe. She felt she needed a moment to herself to calm her nerves somewhat. Usually she didn't do well in crowds, needing some form of control, and with the surprises coming up she had none of that. Breathing slowly her nerves settled and she looked up at the crowd. Gaia and Eros seemed to enjoy themselves and Merlin stood with a nearly empty plate. He would probably get a refill soon and she chuckled at that.

Rosie walked to the refreshment table to grab a light sandwich and some chilled lemonade and returned to her stool to eat by herself. Soon she would get up and mingle again, but she just wanted a moment to herself. Thunder slid down her arm to settle in her lap curling part of his tail around her left wrist. She absentmindedly continued petting the snake in her lap hoping he wouldn't get mischievous now whilst nibbling on her food.

"I am 'aving a good 'oliday," Magnus replied, "yeah been doing some quidditch training for sure. Also been over at friends houses too. Its been pretty busy mostly. 'Ow about you Paddy?"

Magnus drew a halo over his head. "Millie, I'm a perfect angel, I'm never up to anything."

"I know Eros is a damn good player, no shame in admitting 'e is. And it don't 'urt that 'e's a pretty boy," Magnus said with a smirk.

"Who else have you gone one and one with that's better than me? Don't you mean THE best," he sported a cocky smirk. The Slytherin leaned forward onto the table a bit, speaking more genuinely. "Ok, if we're on the subject of admitting things, Mags is a fast learner and just fast in general. Definitely a threat in the making and I don't even mean in a term or two. I mean, if we blink, he's going to be the best chaser out of anyone, that I've seen fly, at this table...if he isn't already."

Eros turned to Magnus and sighed with a small smile. "Too bad you're in the wrong house."

"Not gonna go, was catch in the act of sneaking and was told not to run off." He sighs. "Some other time, I guess."

"I like when you say YET because it means you are in for mischief." Merlin giggles.

She then winked at Magnus () "Of course he is the best Chaser at this table. I am a Beater after all." She giggled "You should know our house is the best." ()

Millie walked back up to the table and heard Magnus () telling her he was a perfect angel. "Of course you are. But some shenanigans are fun, such as sight seeing tours to new places".

"Oh that's too bad Merlin (). Maybe another time. Or you both could go use the toilet and not specify which one" she winked at both the boys. She picked up her glass of pineapple juice and finished it off

Magnus chuckled as Eros said he was the best player. He admired the confidence. Then he was blushing heavily at the compliment. “You really think so?” he asked with surprise, “I-I don’t know what to say.” He was touched at the high praise. Then he giggled. “Well I’ve been in two houses, maybe I’ll be moved to a third.”

Magnus giggled to Merlin. “Well, yet is one of the best words in the English language.”

Magnus laughed at Gaia’s quip. “Best beater in front o’ me in Ravencalw ‘ouse.”

Magnus smiled at Millie. He was really not an angel. “I love that word. Shenanigans.”

“Aww, you don’t like quidditch Harper?” Magnus asked.

"Oh, I like watching it. Not really fond of playing myself though. Not a huge fan of flying in general. I'm happier on the ground with my books and my plants," she said with a shrug.

He nodded at Magnus. "Yeah, of course. Wouldn't say it if I didn't mean. I don't go around admitting that sort of stuff."

Eros leaned back a bit when Harper arrived. He waved. "You're quite an actress and comedian, Harper," he said sarcastically, but with a smile. "I would say that it sucks you don't like playing but Ravenclaw house seems to saturated in talents already, it would just be unfair if it turns out you're like a Quiddich prodigy, too," he smirked.

Gaia grinned "she is the best cheerleader I have!" She laughed. "Seriously I can hear her above everyone else. It is a little alarming given she is quiet the rest of the time."

Millie stared at her plate, trying to decide if she should get a fresh plate of potato salad or to eat the pineapple flavored potato salad. The thought of it made her itchy. The conversation at the table turned to quidditch. "I love watching quidditch but I don't get too excited over it. I do love playing chaser though. I was really disappointed I didn't participate in the Hogwarts event. I had gone to my dorm to get ready and I sat down on my bunk for a minute and the next thing I knew, it was the next morning. I completely slept through it. I really needed the sleep"
