I've heard of Winco. We don't have one though. We've bought meats from Aldi's. Their chicken is really good. We have to be careful with buying meats from walmart and food lion and one of the kroger's.
So weird how you learn what you can buy where so you don't get crummy food. I hate it and wish I could just go to one store and buy everything. :-P

hehe. On the bright side...I've managed to get 15 achievements. So...yay! I feel like I accomplished something today. Today I've had one of those extremely lazy days. But I haven't had one of those in a LONG time. So...I guess I need it.

A book I read recently you might like is Everfair. It's a sort of alternate history story, about a country that could have existed but never actually did, but in the book it does. The author is Nisi Shawl. The characters are very interesting. There's a small amount of fantasy elements (a guy who is sure a deity is controlling him and brought him back to life when he almost died; a girl who spies by seeing through the eyes of cats) but it's mostly realistic. I didn't love this book but found it very interesting... it was slow or boring in parts though. It's rather episodic, with gaps of years between sections.
Another book you might like, this one with no fantasy elements ... I read it longer ago, but it was really good: Americanah, by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. It's about a young woman growing up in Nigeria who moves to the USA and her life in America, followed by her decision to return to Nigeria. The overall story is very engaging and interesting, and her writing style is really absorbing. I really loved this book a lot! I think I will read it again pretty soon.
& most people have good experiences at Aldi's, mine have been unusually bad it seems.

What I usually eat for "pizza" is not exactly a real pizza. I put sauce and cheese on a corn tortilla and put it in the toaster oven till the tortilla is hot/toasted and the cheese is melted. Sometimes I put peppers and onions from the salad toppings on it. Very tasty for me :D

Speaking of books...I'm going through my saves on facebook to find the books I found that pop up as ads when I'm on my phone and then adding them to my WL on amazon or buying them if they are still priced as free. XD So that WL is getting longer. :/

and me, when the book says "paranormal" i just think that can run any where from "mind powers" to "shapeshifters/vampires"
