I spent the weekend with them. I slept about 6 hours since Friday morning. Even when I DID sleep, the recliner sat up every time I moved LoL!!! I woke up when the baby was coughing, gagging (a lot), when he was too quiet, or crying, or when I saw my daughter had thrown off her sheet... and when the baby next to us woke up or when HIS father walked around the room (weird to sleep in a room with someone ELSE'S husband also sleeping there... hmmm)

Just nieces, as my mother asked for. They're two, 9 (in March), and three more from my sister, one going two, and tweens. I try to be available, sometimes all this solitude and isolation gets to me. We made enchiladas since they're so much better cooked on wood stoves. I'll activate the GA so I can extend it when I'm better able to shell out the dough. Thank you VERY much for that.

My younger brother and his partner, wanting alone time to mambo horizontally. One is the heir, two the pair, and three is stupidity. I just wonder how they manage the rest of the time, I have them visit for a weekend at most.

Though I HATE bing called Uncle or Tio, I prefer the term from other cultures. XuXu in Chinese, DyaDya in Russian, I don't quite know Navajo, the younger nieces are half blood.

I remember how little sleep I got after my little one was born and how grateful I was to the grandmothers who helped me through the first several weeks.

yeah, some periods there just isn't enough rest to be had! My daughter came over (we live side by side in a duplex) last night to ask me to join her and her husband for a game of bananagrams (we played in the hospital, I couldn't believe the little guy slept that long!) but I had a wise moment and went to bed. It wasn't even that early, considering I usually get up around 5:15. And I am often late for work. Time is so much faster than before! o-0 PS Your HA's mermaid legs jutting out of the water.... how did you do that?

As to the mermaid, I was amazed that it came out so well! Essentially, I put the main backdrop, the mermaid jewelry box in the very back, then the base, then the flower bath token, and then the magic koi fish sparkles. I was so excited when it came out like that because it was what I was going for but I didn't think it would actually work out. :) :) :)

ED - actually it was also totally exciting because it was my first time getting anything from the bath house as well. For me, it's often the little things. :)
