I was lurking on the main board and saw that someone lost all their sP in a glitch, did they get that back? Because if not, the sP could be donated to them.

If they did get it back and no-one who donated wants their share back (which would be hard to prove that they did donate) then maybe you could make starter packages for newbies, clothing, potions, a small amount of sP.. for example.

I think the monies should go to a sp pot for new battlers to buy weapons and for training! I had help when I first started and I sure was thankful!

So you won't be doing a raffle? In that case I'll go ahead and start a thread to raffle off the CWs.

Okay so I'm gonna sound probably a little petty here, but when I donated - and I donated a considerable sum compared to what was in that vault at the time I got to it versus the team population - I did so on one hand knowing it was unlikely I'd get it back, but on the other hand assuming there was some sort of log to show how much was given by whom, at least on the back end. If it is now possible to get some of it back, I would be a little chuffed to go on the honor system, because my assumption would be that some rare few would take an opportunity they are not due and say they donated far more than they did.

I'm happy to spend my sP, often millions at a time, to make other people happy or help them out, but I really would hate to see somebody take advantage of that intended kindness. I think if it can't be accounted for, it should go to newbie starter packs like mentioned, or split evenly to lessen the impact.

That's a good idea, battling is always something that pops up and a lot of people struggle with because their pet isn't strong enough, helping them along will allow them to take part in more of any future battle plots.

Whatever everybody decides is fine with me. I didn't donate to the banks but did give a very large amount to the person who lost their SPs and also spent a fortune during the event. All the suggestions I've seen sound good. But what the majority thinks is best is fine.

Oh and wow I see there are a ton of players on team blake.

In regard to returning donations to donation-givers, few things:

• some have left
• some are happy for this to be used for other things
• some of the sp WAS spent the event so what we have probably isn't what was actually donated

Personally, I like the idea of using the funds for Luminaire team gifting - if any of the admins would like to take that on. (Might be a big job)

Otherwise, I am happy to go with the flow. :)

I was more a fan of the raffle idea. Seemed fun, and that way those that donated for the team will still feel like the sP went to the team vs trying to get sP back when everyone might not be honest. I just don't see how giving sP back to the donors on an honor system is going to work. Maybe we could set up a poll and let the majority decide?

Edit: Just adding since everyone else mentioned, I did donate to the group bank as well as sent sP to group members directly through trades when the group wasn't able to reach to access the bank.

I donated to the bank, but I'd prefer the solution mentioned by , than getting my money back. 😊

I would buy as many 100 CSC cards as you can with the funds, then raffle them off randomly to all members of the ping group. If people leave before the raffle, then you can assume they didn't want in on it.

Reasoning: We have no way to know who donated, so giving back doesn't work. Everyone worked at it, and though not everyone donated sP, many gave away stuff (medical supplies, fruits, etc), participated in events that cost sP (donation drives) or donated GAs during the questing event.

If I had donated sP, I wouldn't care. I would consider those funds spent on the event and used up. A raffle would be a nice bonus.

In the end, whatever Lull decides to do is fine with me.

I like the idea of doing a Luminaire raffle/giveaway C: I was thinking that maybe we can buy a bunch of things (such as potions, wizard tokens, CSC, collectibles, etc) and then raffle these :D We could make it more fun if, in order to participate, the users had to do a simple task, such as posting a gif, creating an avatar, telling a small story, among others.

What do you guys think? C:

If that's not going to happen and the sp are given back, please just ignore that I donated. I considered how much I'd be willing to give away before I did so and gone is gone. I can see how others would want their sp back, but 20 mil does not feel much for me to spend on a team event. Especially not compared to what I donated to the team AND spent personally during that snowball fight. :P

I know I also donated a significant chunk of sP to both of the banks as well as to individual users through trades, and am entirely content with it being used however is deemed best fit. I consider it money well spent and gone, as well (:

The raffle idea doesn't seem awful, and neither does divvying it out. I'm truly good with whatever is decided, but would personally prefer that the team I spent it on reaps the benefits in some way. (: Be it the gifts or just passing out straight sP, or whatever.

And if we decide on raffles or luminaire gifting, I am happy to help curate items, as I have a lot of time as of late that I'm just wasting on the internet.

I didn't donate a lot of sP, only around 200,000, so it really doesn't matter to me where that money goes. I like the newbie pack and battling help though, and I would consider donating more to that cause if there are many newbies on the team.

However, I also really like just counting how many users we currently have (unless the others come back), and splitting it that way. I know a lot of people spent money on this, some newbies who didn't really have the money to spend.

I really like this option :) I donated some sP to the bank too, not as much as others I'm sure, but my point is, I would rather see it be used for something "fun" than just given back to me.

My second idea/vote would be to buy either 100 or 500 pt wiz tokens, and put them under all of the members trees during lumi. Also wanted to say that I can help distribute/buy gifts if you need help, . I have lots of free time in the evenings :P
