As someone who donated I see this as a non-issue. I don't expect the money back, just use it on something the team will be happy with.

I'd say give the money back those folks who want their stuff back rather than being spent on cws which they may not care about. Those who dont want refunds can leave the sp in the bank for whatever purpose is chosen. But just unilaterally deciding that no one gets their money back isn't great.

I didn't donate to the bank but to people directly for this reason because I wanted funds to go to actually helping us do the event.

It would be difficult to figure out who did the donating, and how much. Im not saying they will, but they might say "HEy, I donated this amount of sP, id like it back please.". But if there is somehow a way to do that, its a good idea. (and waht about if a total of say...100mil was donated, but 35mil of it was used for...whatever?)

And Im not the one that decides whats actually going to happen with the sP, hence asking people in the groups what they think should happen. Id imagine the idea with the most 'votes' would be the most likely thing to do. The CW is for now a passing comment abck and forth a few times (at least, to me it seems like it), and it may or may not happen. If theres an idea that seems good to me, but a CW isnt chosen, I could make it myself with my own sP/CSC (but other people doing the art 'cause I cant art well enough to get it approved XD)

I think if people really want it they will say how much they donated but that it is their job to come forward and do that if they want. If they donated and a bunch got used then they'd just get a reasonable proportion of what remains as compensation. It would rely on folks being honest about what they gave (though with the mysterious disappearance, paying anyone back might be problematic)

I was just using CWs as an example of something that someone like a battler might not care about. Mostly like I was just saying that some people may not want their sp to be spent on a specific chosen option and that they should be able to withdraw if that is the case. CWs just seemed like a reasonable example as it is one option and one that a decent amount of people wouldn't necesarily care for esp. since they'd still have to pay for copy on top of their money already being used to commission the item.

Your bit about the CW does make sense- why would someone have to pay again for something? I think that letting people have their sP back if they want it is a good idea, and then maybe taking whatever the most popular idea ends up being after voting, and discussing it in a new thread to make sure it's okay with remaining donors? I know I donated the sP I did to be used by the group however, and now that the plot is pretty much over I'm good with pretty much whatever we decide. But I also want it to be as fair to everyone as possible.

Also, we need to be certain that all the sP that may have been placed in there for Sarah's quests has been given back to its rightful owners. (:

Just a few things going through my head while thinking of the bank stuff.

What I propose is take the sP and make a contest. Give everyone who participates some wizard tokens -or- the sP equivalent. Set the contest up with categories, a person can join each category x amount of times, but explain you can only win in one category. This way no one will feel like they can't participate and the winnings will be distributed most fairly*.*did... did i grammar right? The draw back would be finding prizes with the amount of people in the group. If the jury chooses to go the contest way, please ping me. There are a few items that I can donate to make this more interesting for everyone.

Since I don't think we'll need this group any more for the rest of the event, I'm planning on moving the sP left in this group's bank to the Team Blake bank and then disbanding the group (not sure exactly when; I'm waiting to hear back from ).

Unless anyone has any major objections or something.

But I figure it would be easiest just to have all of the donations in one place, and then figure out what to do with it once the event is over.
