: Not sure if this would be something that makes you smile but it certainly made me smile. I like to coupon alot since it saves my family and I loads of money. I typically post my couponing hauls online, sometimes with a breakdown of the coupons used and the savings, and what the total would've been without any savings or coupons. Today we had a great haul of things we bought at Publix that we needed to restock, and what would've cost us $105.69 without any savings or coupons, ended up costing us just $34.71 which is a total savings of $70.98! We had a total of 35 items so we basically got them for about a little less than a dollar each. Lol. Here's a picture of my smile inducing haul. ^.^

Here's my smile-inducing post: My dog hates cats. He goes out of his way to bark at and scare every single one he sees, including cats we've owned in the past and our neighbors' cats whom he sees nearly every day. A few weeks ago, there was a big storm in my city and a soaking wet kitten wandered into the backyard to hide under our patio. My dog found her. Instead of barking, he sat with the kitten under the patio until the rain passed. We found them both the next morning, dry and happy and peaceful, and we've taken the kitten in. They're best friends already and he has a whole new stance on cats. c:

Here is my cat, his name is Kiri, i got him when i broke my leg, i was not able to move at all, went through two surgeries, and after he would play around he would always get in my bed and sit on my leg and sleep, on the cast and sleep next to me, i always felt like he was trying to heal me and get me to walk and play with him. (if the picture is not working = kiri )

One of my favorite memories of my dog was when I first began dating my boyfriend. A little background, Dixie was about 12 or 13 at this time and a little white poof ball. We spoiled her rotten but she was a sweetheart. Due to her being so old, when she needed to go outside we had to carry her up the stairs from the bottom floor.

One day while my boyfriend and I were sitting on the couch watching t.v. she began crying to get let outside. Being the ever loyal owner, I got up from the couch to go and pick her up. The second I moved to get her though, she ran behind me and jumped on the couch to take my seat next to my boyfriend! Tricky little dog! I still can''t believe she planned that xD She's lucky I adored her!

Another fond memory of her was when she began gaining weight. We couldn't figure out why when she was younger that she became so chubby since we didn't feed her many table scraps. One day we finally figured it out. We used to give her treats when she would come inside from going to the bathroom. What she was doing was having someone let her out, pretend to potty and then would come in for a treat. She did this with every family member that passed by without us noticing. She was too smart for her own good! xD Finally put her on a diet and watched to see if she would actually use the bathroom before giving a treat and suddenly she began losing weight. What a miracle! xDD

the latest thing thats happened to me that was great or joyful is I decided to make pets around my 4 daughters and Permanent was helping me by holding the other pets till i could save up to get new pet slots and out of nowhere Jennlee and Athena sent me enough csc to buy 3 pet slots so now I have all 4 pets with my daughters names on my account. I was just so shocked omg.

Well, this happened to me last weekend. My cat allie decided she wanted to play in my McDonalds bag. She ended up with it for a couple hours playing, getting inside and just going crazy! She loves to play, and it made me and the hubby laugh and laugh at her McDonald antics! Here's a pic..

We adopted our cat Izzy this past New Year's Eve. We wanted to get a friend for our older cat Dante, and Izzy (called Wendy at the time) is super friendly and had been at the shelter since October, so we figured she'd be a good fit for our household. She's totally bonded to my husband, and he accidentally taught her to come when he whistles! He was sitting on the couch playing Pokémon and started idly whistling the Pokémon Center song; Izzy started mewing, trotted over, and jumped up onto the couch! Now every time he whistles a tune, no matter where she is in the house, she'll come running for pets. <3

We love watching the cat politics at work: Izzy really wants to play and cuddle with Dante, and he gets hilariously freaked out if she tried either of those things. X3 Fortunately the bed is neutral ground; he sleeps cuddled against my side, and she uses my left shin as her pillow.

Here is my contribution: my favourite photo I've ever taken of my dog Monty, after a day out at a country park where we live. He's wearing a bow tie and he just looks so dapper and cute :D it looks a little like an oil painting as well haha.

Both I hold so dear to my heart that I would literally do /anything/ for them. I adopted Bear after I was hit with the ugliest wave of depression. My mother was never a fan of dogs in the house, but it got so bad that she agreed to letting me get a small, hypoallergenic pup. Goodness he's something. The fella is a CLOWN and a derpy one at that. Never fails to put a smile on my face. :)

Now Zoey... I don't know where to begin with her - I'm teary eyed just thinking about what she means to me. We adopted Zoey about seven years ago as a kitten. She was born with a type of chronic pneumonia, so she's constantly sneezing and is congested 24/7. Let me tell you though, I have never seen a cat so full of life and spirit. She does not let her illness get in the way of fun. We have two other girls and the two of them combined, times 7, doesn't even match Zoey's spunk and moxie. Not only that, but she's a lover. Literally, the sweetest cat you'll ever meet. We'll have repair personale over and she won't hesitate to jump into their work kits and get all over their business for attention. It truly amazes me. She's taught me that as long as you're living, the hardships in life should never get in the way of fun. It probably sounds silly, but Zoey is hands down one of the greatest beings I have ever met. <3

This is very nice of you! Right now the things that makes me smile the most are my pets. I have a dog named Todd and a cat named Ace. I got Todd for Christmas four years ago. He was in a kill shelter and very sick. They wouldn't give him any medicine until he was adopted out and my heart broke for him. He is the first dog I have owned and I love him so much. I got Ace in early May. He was stuck underneath my neighbors A/C condenser. My sister and mom rescued home. He was so little he could fit in the palm of my hand. We had to bottle feed him until he was big enough to eat regular kitten food. He's still tiny but he loves to play with his brother. I would include a picture but I don't know how to post one :P

My story is kind of bittersweet but there are things in it that make me happy. I am 4 months pregnant and living in a family shelter with my 1 and a half year old son. Their father(my husband) can't stay here with us. But he will be getting into Job Corp on Thursday and getting a career education while I look for work so we can support our family. He will be working,too. Also, we have found a wonderful gal at church who is going to help us in our faith through this rough time. She is ,also, going to give me the first baby shower I have ever had. We are so excited to have someone to celebrate our child's bringing into this world with. So even in this struggle we have things to be happy for and may things to be thankful for. That's my story. I hope you smiled at least a little. It's the best I've got right now :D

The other day my fiance and I got into a fight on the way to meet some friends at a cafe, about how much money to spend there. When we got there we went up seperatly to the counter to order. I was so mad but I went ahead and just ordered the cheapest thing on the menu to avoid any more fighting. He came up and ordered after me.

Well we go sit down with our friends and we arent talking much, until the waitress brings our food. Turns out he and I ordered the exact same thing!

We just both just started laughing and our friends had no idea why until we told them the story!

Ok, so I am not the most creative person in the world..but I do try. And every halloween I would dress up my little Charlie man. (my wiener dog) I got tired of paying a lot of money for said costumes, so I made an attempt at making one!! :D

It turned out not too shabby. He was super adorable and even won a prize at doggy day care :D

My story: I had recently gotten my first "real/adult" job some years ago. Anyway, it consisted of me being one of those annoying people calling out to people and getting them in my companies store. Those 8hour workdays felt like forever and were really tiring, since I basically had to walk/stand the entire time. One day I must have looked especially worn out, because this very sweet lady came up to have a normal chat with me, she was upfront and said she didn't want to buy anything. It was a relief since my mind had a breather during that chat and she was such a sweetheart asking about me and my life and so on. Eventually she had to leave, BUT fast forward 5minutes; and she came back up to me and, much to my surprise, handed med two pieces of "pingvin stænger" (candy much like tizz less etc.). And then wished me a good day and quickly left. It was such a sweet gesture, I was literally on the verge of tears.

It's incredible how much small gestures can change ones day/life.
