There's a pizza shop in Brooklyn that I went to with my friends when I was in college. It was actually for dinner before New Year's Eve festivities. I remember the feeling of everyone in the streets being out and having fun. The food was fine, but what stuck out was on the garbage it said "THANKS," except it had been changed by an extra period and a photo of an actor. I would have forgotten about the place and memory if it wasn't for "T. HANKS" (Tom Hanks)! Wish I could post a photo because I definitely took one, but it's been years now. It made my day and the night after was even better. c:

So not gonna lie I'm actually not super keen on getting anything from you, I just really wanted a good reason to post up these photos of a fun time with my Mum! 😂 My Mum lives in Costa Rica instead of here with us in Australia and she comes over once a year to hang out with my brother and I (and the rest of the family). This year she came over before and during our yearly Supanova Pop Culture Convention (she's a huge geek too)! I decided to cosplay for the first time this year and as with most cosplayers I thought I'd planned my time wisely, then I realised "Oh shit, I only have a week left. WHAT HAVE I DONE???". So we both went through this mad rush to get the costume and teapot finished for the Saturday. We were both up until 4am on the Friday evening (Saturday morning) finishing it, but it was so worthwhile! Below are some photos from the adventure :)

This is awesome, thank you for doing such a sweet thang! A happy moment in my life would have to be my cat, her name is bella and she always makes me so happy! She is the cutest little thing! Unfortunately i do not have a pic of her but i google search one that looks the most like her! with this collar for summer ^.^ I am sure others have posted similar things but i am not looking to be original, just honest! She makes me the happiest, i recently got my wisdom teeth out and unfortunately they were impacted so im in alot of pain and yet she spends all her time on my bed with me even though my room is really warm cause of summer! (i do not have AC :() she is so sweet!!

Interesting thing... while trying to find one happy moment, I find I'm having a hard time picking one (and where I currently am, this is a really good thing to participate in).

Welp if everyone's sharing cat pics, I guess I'll throw my hat in the ring as well.
My cat, Casey was a tiny ball of fur that could defy gravity. She also is able to find "caves" in the house (mainly blanket ones) and with the rare occasion of a paw or tail just outside the blanket cave, we've learned to be poke any odd blanket lump lest it be her.
She doesn't drink from a bowl, so we've left the tub tap on (gasp the horror) and she'll wait for a drop to drip before reaching out and nabbing it for a drink. For a cat who hates water, she'll get her left paw soaked in order to get a drink. I'm surprised that she likes the tub; she fell into my bath a few times before realising that not everything I do is fun for her.
She also likes to sleep in really odd positions - like ones that boggle the senses.

i got him as a puppy at the end of last year when my mama finally decided to get one after i was diagnosed with MDD. both my sisters got to study overseas, so i'd be alone, and she decided that a puppy would make good company.

What a fun idea, running a "happiness" contest of sorts...

This is my cat, who currently lives back in the states with my mum. She has always loved to play with my nephew and his toys. And if he doesn't give her her favorite toy in a particular game (a green tree in legos, and a specific green car when they play car lot), then she will lay down in the middle of the game, so no one can play anymore! We call her Catzilla :D Here is an example of her being a poor sport... You'd think it would be uncomfortable to lay on toys like that, but she never seems bothered!

And this is a picture of a car I spotted in a big city one time... It was somewhere between when Lord of the Rings and the more recent series came out. Apparently they're big fans! I just thought it was nifty... :O

My last amusing/happy/whatever thought is a story, no picture... But when my nephew was younger, he gave his dad (who is a single dad, who works very hard to take care of his kids) a father's day card. In it, he'd written: "Thanks for buying me food and water." It made us all laugh so much!!!

LOL, I am really struggling to say something positive about this one! I'm so sorry, I just really do not like rats. I recently moved to Thailand and they're EVERYWHERE in the alley that I live in, and they make my skin crawl....BUT, I am super happy for you that you have them and love them, and that they are in a nice home eating pellets and playing with toys, and not outside wreaking havoc in someone's perfectly good alley! :P

As a mom I might find this funnier than it really is. When my oldest daughter was very young (shortly after potty training) she came out of the bathroom digging at the seat of her pants. Me thinking she might have a rash asked her if her butt hurt. She replies, "Yeah mom it has a crack in it."

I'm glad you found joy from the best part of my life! ^.^ Growing up was really hard and lonely. We have both been in toxic and absusive relationships and were both worried that if we dated, we'd just get burned again. We are so similar and always saw each other so highly and eventually I was the one able to persuade him. We both were so infatuated with one another it was torture waiting! XuX; I started to live with him, cooked, cleaned, organized home life. He would work, come home, always listen to my worries and venting, and help me with whatever I needed. I started to get lonlier and lonlier when he was out so I picked up work at his place of employment (still work there to this day!) It's not the greatest job but we go on breaks together and it makes me so happy! It's uncanny how well we go together. I remember when I first met him and the way he looked at me, I thought "You can look at me forever! You have such an inviting air. I want to learn more about you and you learn about me ❤ " I thought it was honestly a joke that he felt the same ^^; life is pretty simple. We stay in town but have a bunch of friends and wonderful cats! Every new person I meet, in or out of work i have to tell them a 6 hour story of our life! XD I have been told that the story of how we got together (the premium 6 hour version) gives them hope that they can find someone, no matter how down on their luck they are (and they would pay to watch a movie of it and want to pick their character in it, lol!)

I am ultra super mega lucky and loved and want every good person to feel the way I do! =^w^=
