I'd need to request permission to view that, but I assume it's a spreadsheet or something with info on how many qp you get every day? if so, I commend your efforts. I honestly don't do many quests any more. Shinwa, Quentin, quests that give out retired items, occasionally wiz, battle quests. those are the ones I do. if I am feeling up to it I will do them all though.

So, actually contributing to this particular bit of feedback, I did some math, and for a non-GA account, if you do all of your quests, that'll be 18 points a day. Say thirty days in a month, that's 540 points a month. If I divide that by 50 (The average price of the seasonal items) it's about 10. Hey guys, guess what, there are ten quest shops.

It'll take 520 for the NEW winter items. That's less than a month of full quests? And the seasons are actually three months long? ALL of the winter items are 1010 points, that's less than two months of questing. And that's without a GA. Like, what's the problem?

On April we were still able to get 5 QP. On May things changed.

I may not immediately notice changes, but looking through logs, I tend to discover them.

People can be lazy, myself included. But I do the news, news comments, and feedback/announcements threads, and when I feel lazy, I do my best to search for the staff comments to learn the important bits.

But yes, my point is... I agree with you. And while it's wrong to generalize, there's no way to change things, because people are lazy.

[edit] Nice breakdown. It's not that hard to get all winter items, except I'm sure not all of us can quest every day, and do all quests, so taking that into consideration... that's the main whine point.

Plus all other items in the shop.

However, it's doable, and I guess that's the way staff sees it.

That's pretty impressive, I admire record-keeping like that, statistics like that always interest me. Staff comments aren't hard to find (you know about admin posts right?) at a certain point if people aren't getting the information they need, straight out asking the staff in a comment or something works wonders as long as you're polite about it.

it used to not load as quickly, they apparently optimized it so it actually loads pretty quickly. it's on the top of the main forum page but somehow people still don't see it :p

I have been doing -every single quest- for new years tokens. I have consistently made over 2m every day. I mean, I always see threads where people are complaining about not being able to make a profit on quests, and like, yeah, sometimes I eat it on a handful of quests, but OVER ALL it's a great profit. Of course, I understand time reasons for not doing them all, and even the monotony of it, so obviously, whatever.

But like ... you can't complain about not being able to earn enough points when ... you're not ... doing the quests????????

Like, next week, I -know- I'm only going to be doing battle and Quentin (And Shinwa), I have no free time. So, yeah, I'm not going to be getting any points. And that's fine because I know what I'm doing.

It's the exact same as BEFORE the change. I mean, now at least I know I'll get like ... what four points a day next week? Instead of maybe ten? Maybe none? WHO KNOWS!!!!!

I was indifferent about this "change" before but the more I type about it, the more I'm okay with it.

And I know the staff feels pretty strongly about not making it a piece of cake to get what you want. They want you to work for it, don't they?

me too -feels proud- and I have made consistent 5m, but because most of the items I'm removing from my hoard, rather than buying lol

And yeah, you can't just do 20 quests, (30 with GA) and complain you don't get enough QP because you're not really doing enough quests to begin with :/ but c'est la vie :P

Sometimes the only way to be ok with changes is to either get used to it, or talk about it lol ^_^ For me it wasn't really a change, as it has been a constant since last year, and I got used to it, I just came to see about the 1 QP for completing 5 quests wording that was added lol.

I never turn down wiz quests and yet according to this, I've only completed enough to earn 2 QPs. I'm going to assume the quests I did for Shinwa aren't part of the "count" to justify the screw up but that doesn't excuse it. We have to scramble to get quests done as it is unless we're glued to Subeta and now if we do Shinwa's quest not only do we risk getting a junk reward most of the time completing it will take away QPs too?

I got quest points from doing Shinwa's quests.

How did you do your quests? 2 for wiz during shinwas and 3 non wiz shinwa quests? You probably got a qp on your 5th shinwa quest. then 5 later, you got one from the wizard (7th quest) and 5 after that, another (12th quest) just guesses though. finish wiz and see if you get another point after 2 more quests?

I didn't, but on the off chance I "overlooked" it, I'll be paying close attention tomorrow.

Yeah if you think something happened, I guess paying closer attention tomorrow is all you can really do. I don't think it's intentional though, and if people are having problems with it, they'll hopefully get fixed.

None skipped and Shinwa doesn't ask for anything from Saggi. Like I said earlier I'm not a fan of 1 in 5 and in my case, it looks like we don't even get that many.

Did you get one on your second quest? that's still counting by 5. then you'll do 3 quests to finish up Saggi, and when you finish 2 somewhere else you should get another.

I'm not having any issues with mine, just ran a set and got them when I was supposed to. I'll do some more just for further testing. it also carries over from the day before, so if you only finished 4 quests and the day reset, your next quest will give you a quest point.

That is probably a bug then. my quests are still going fine, getting a point every time I expect to. I do think it should be looked at if people are experiencing problems, but it's a bug, not how they want it to work.

How were you people getting QP's back to back in the first place? I have NEVER had that happen, and it seems like you people were the one with the bug lol. I knew QP's were 1 in 5 forever, and I hardly even quest...

I like the stability of 1/5, and i like that they carry over from the day before. That makes it literally 1 every 5 quests completed.
