Mehhhhh. I'm still really congested and light-headed, but I seem to be on the mend. I've been chugging a variety of hot teas like a maniac.

It seems to be going around. My friend is sick as well. I made him go home early from work. He chugged a gallon of Oj and some toast before sleep and woke up feeling a little better. I hope it goes away quickly. I HATE being sick.

Yeah, it's no fun. :( My bf has been sick since Christmas and I'd managed to stay healthy until this week. I guess my immune system finally gave out. The worst part is that sleep is so necessary, but is so difficult and gross when you're sick. x_x

If you are over 21 Booze. If not night night meds. It is the only way I can when I'm sick. I have bad asthma so when I get sick it literally takes my breath away so to sleep I end up coughing myself awake. Ugh I'm sorry honey.

Oh, I've never tried alcohol for sickness before. I'm about to turn 24 next month, so no worries about recommending it. Ugh I can't imagine having asthma on top of being sick :c an inhaler would be so nice though I love those things

Lots of warm drinks too. To help loosen everything up. I am so caught up on what I want to do for my pets. I keep poking at them going what am I going to do with you guys?

Yeah the tea is definitely helping. Though I should be drinking more water, the tea helps loosen everything but I have an inkling it's dehydrating me. :c Ohhhh any plans yet?

When I drink a lot of green tea my throat starts to feel like death! I've only tried maybe one or two kinds of green tea that do the opposite. But yeah water is the best but sometimes it's too cold for that lol :<

I think I read somewhere that warm water with lemon juice is good for sickness too.. >> I might try that next, after I finish this English breakfast tea.

Yeah it sounds like something that would help! What helps me the most when I'm sick is green tea with honey and lemon. The honey will prevent your throat from feeling like crap lol. Or just any tea with milk c:
