The smiley face? It's not distinguishable...maybe because it's really small. This is the first Survival for me, so I have no idea...how long do the stages last?

It really depends. Sometimes they will take a couple hours to a couple days. The newer ones tend to take more time. Which is why I picked it first. So once it's done I can grab the other ones
