has said to me that she's looked at this thread and will have to talk to the BAs and and maybe some other people to come up with a solution. nothing solid yet but it's something.
That's great to hear! They should really post this sort of thing where its relevant though :P
I'm waiting for to come and say there haven't been any changes in the past 2 months and then leave again.
You mean my comments aren't relevant? Ehh as long as it's being looked into I do not care about who posts what where.
Noooo i just meant they should probably post on this thread! Unless they did and i miised it, in which case sorry to all :D
Nah no one has posted here. :p I was just teasing though, we were discussing this topic through comments so it wasn't really posted anywhere.
I understand a solution is being looked into, but I'd really hoped it would show up before the Morostide challengers..
They haven't figured out how to stop pets from dropping to zero happiness even with minions or how to get the high score tables to update either. Fixing broken things doesn't happen much around here.
Yeah but like, this doesn't have to be a matter of hardcore coding of the shop appear rate. They can just get battle quests to drop pylonics and dark potions only. Or add a tab to the show with these in stock for a set price (a la subeatique). Idk.
The happiness thing has been going on for over a week. The high scores have been broken for what, months? Those and the pylonics/potions have had plenty of time to be addressed before an event that is heavily impacted by those things being broken. It just doesn't happen.
Or when they do "fix" something it breaks something else. Like why was the Magic box (or whatever) shut down in the first place? Now, there are always like 20 different elixirs and a handful of health potions in AA and nothing else. Something regularly used has been supplanted by something the average user needs maybe once every few months if at all. I have never seen it empty because how many people actually want to make a gold mortiking?!
Its even messing up my questing now, because the NPC's don't recognize that this normal or mundane is s a consumable with the appearance rate of a rare or very rare. So this item which should probably be at 10k tops (if that) in the user shops is actually valued at 25k+ and do I really want to waste the limited supply on a quest? I mean even those massive hoards are gonna run out eventually and for a couple of the pylonics it really is just one or two shops keeping it at 25k next rung up is 40k+. Next big plot battle and those will be gonnnneee...

I personally want elixirs to be in their own separate shop. Everything else stocking in 36 is fine, even the useless healing potions.

100% agreed. There are too many elixirs and they are too rarely needed, no matter where you put them they'll shove out something more readily useful. Also depending on who you quest with you'll get a bunch through questing anyway.

I usually end up with elixirs I would never use on my pets too. I don't want an Archan or Manchu as a pet Apothecary! Stop forcing them on me when I enter the shop! xD

No one really wants an Archan or Manchu as a pet. And the roughly 12 people who do already have one. Probably 3 or 4...in Cream.

Maybe when they get revamped, if it's anything like the gorgeous ontra and legeica revamps at least, I'd be more willing to consider having one be part of the family maybe then. But until then, nope. xD
The elixir shop should go under the pets commerce section anyways.

Would it be worth it to start vending from BC to get AA items? Or am I just dooming myself to disappointment and more elixirs than I need or want (in this case any more than 0 elixir) while losing out on the items I usually vend for? Decisions decisions...

No, you'd probably get a dozen dark potions and pylonics combined if you're lucky, and the rarity 60 cap means you won't be getting negating pylonics either.
This is ludicrous, a mundane rarity dark potion only restocking 3 at a time, roughly every 15 minutes. Before it was around 10 potions.
And the healing potions are so overpriced they might as well go to Medicontra for 5-10k each.
