I still don't get why the Magic Shop was closed if people actually want the crap that was in it..? Like, why wasn't all of that left where it was? If its a "it fits better here" type thing, why not move battle stuff elsewhere? But then, we circle back around to the question of why AA is a better place than the Magic Shop... (I think I've made clear that I've got no interest in the majority of the old MS items, and think they're only really used regularly for quests(?) and one off changes.)
I'm don't really want to criticize the decision, because I know nothing about the decision making process. (Likely wasn't paying attention at the time.) I just wish I knew what the reasoning was, what the original change was supposed to fix, and whether it fixed that. Because without knowing that this seems like it broke something without any benefit.

As far as I know, elixirs are mostly just bought for quests. Personally, I think they could toss all those elixirs into the token shop and offer them once a month for anyone who actually wanted to use them on a pet. Or maybe have them available in the AA during Coda Cave days only or something like that. Then the AA could go back to its original purpose.
That makes sense to me. Or make them one of those stores that don't restock. I know the restockers might cry, but frankly they have bigger things to worry about. And if a class of items didn't warrant/justify the store it already had, why are we giving it another one? Especially at the expense of more readily useful items. The more attractive battling gets the more consideration battling should get, this is exactly the opposite.

I think that is an excellent point -- and a question we are not likely going to get a satisfactory answer for.
It's been three months since this thread was started, and it's remained active with complaints and suggestions ever since. I was really hoping that this would be fixed one way or another by now. :/ I realize that it's event season but... it's event season until May.
Hm maybe after every 5 bqs, the "boss" gives us a battle supply box that has 5-10 battle supplies in it? That could be fun.
I like that idea, it would be nice if could possibly include throwing vials. I like using those in a pinch and since we didn't get a gelatin war this year and didn't get any, they have become more expensive
Yeah they could possibly be rare from boxes with weighted distribution favoring regular dark potions and pylonics, making other pylonics and throwing vials rarer
Maybe the team can give them to us for Luminaire?!
?Cottage, Cottage time is near Time for trees and time for cheer I've been good, but I can't last Hurry Subeta, hurry fast Want dark potions stocked en masse And I want pylonics too I can hardly stand the wait Please Subeta, don't be late...?
😬 Well, I tried.

Love this idea! and yeah, do throw rare throwing vials in, too. :) wishes for gelatin war
