What about something like the Fiend from The Witcher series?
I think they are pretty bomb. It would even make a nice experiment, honestly. And to make it your own, maybe the body/legs could be gorilla, the head could be bison, and it could have the moose antlers or something and could have some werewolf features as well o: idk, my suggestions can be dumb haha

I think the Butterfly idea is great. I would love a chinchilla. And anything mythical is fine by my book.
PiplupMagby, the idea of a skunk was addressed years ago:
tbh I&;m not sure we need a skunk either when you could just get an overlay (like the thing that sets a skunk specifically apart is going to be the coloring, to most people. So what&;s honestly the point when they&;re all going to need the same pattern and/or it&;s just going to be an experiment with another aspect added anyway? Like no give us really funky looking experiments, don&;t use it up just on a skunk)

I would love to see a red panda or a hippo as a possible pet :)

Something I'd love to see is a tapir/elephant hybrid (even something similar to a baku would be great), some lizards will be cool too. A hare hybrid would be good for one of my pets (who I'm stuck thinking of a suitable species for them)
I would like to see a couple of things. A Jackal and an Octopus pet would be cool! I like what Sirius suggested, a pig (or wild boar) and hyena would be great! Oh! A Day of the Dead pet color would look great!
Being an Aussie...I'd love to see a Koala, Echidna, Kangaroo, Platypus type pet....
I could die happy if there was a hyena-styled pet.
I mean. There's FOUR different species of hyena to choose from. Spotted, striped, brown and the aardwolf.
Spotted hyenas are pretty much the go-to when people think of hyenas, but I'd love to see a Subeta version incorporating spots and stripes, maybe. It'd make for a very pretty coat design, I think. And if the long fur of the brown hyena were incorporated, that'd look even cooler.
i absolutely adore hyenas and thylacines so it would be sweet to see pets or experiments based off of them
