Thank you, I appreciate you pointing that out to me. I get overrun with info and I have a hard time sorting it all out. I think I'm just getting tired, more tired that is.

It was confusing because when I looked at the latest news about this, I asked a couple questions and Amber posted to me, and she referred me to this forum with a link. Well the link "pointed" directly at the first post which said, in big bold letters:

"Remember, the new shop will only put items directly into your collections or active pet, not into your inventory"

So, now I realize they changed their minds about that detail--cause after reading your response to me, I just looked back at the other staff posts in the news comments and clearly she's saying that we WILL be able to buy things for friends and TC's etc, YET when she was answering my question she referred me to that first post where the info was actually incorrect, cause they changed their minds.

It's a big difference in how I communicate and how others communicate. She was answering my question about where the forum was and not thinking about the fact that the very beginning gives false info. I know it's MY problem. I'm not young and reading is slower for me and my brain doesn't process things well anymore. It's frustrating cause I'm not stupid, just slower and that's normal when you age and you've been through multiple traumas.

But I can't expect others to know that, I realize as I'm writing this that she DID answer my question, she pointed me to this forum and that's what I was asking (primarily). I think (in my mind) my question was two-pronged, but maybe I didn't state it accurately. I am too tired to check back again.

So I got "lost" in all of that and ended up drawing the wrong conclusion. Anyway, again, thank you for pointing that out because I see now that I was confused. I'm just overwhelmed by "life" in general, so, oh well . . .

The other thing that really distracted me when I was trying to find info by reading posts is that I got bogged down by posts where people were bickering and backstabbing. It wears on me when I'm trying to find info and I see so many posts where people are "taking issue" with other peoples' thoughts and feelings and they're sort of "yelling" at each other cause they don't agree.

It's too bad people can't express themselves w/out others "jumping all over them" and I see way too much of that and that's why I stay off the forums. When I was young there was no internet and I think people treat each other much differently in today's world because everyone is hiding behind a monitor. My life experience is that conflicts happened in person and people were mean at times but in general more careful in how they related because they were NOT hiding, they were being witnessed when talking to others, and that served to keep help people from being as critical as they seem to be now.

The way I understand it, even though nobody from staff cared to post here any longer about the wearables and minion issue, collectibles will still go into collections only and all the other stuff can be done with as people please.

But: we (eventually) will see.

Yet looking into my crystal ball I see myself not getting anything for the items I own but needing to give an arm and a leg for the items I would seek (unproportional to point value). But as we know, hope dies last ;)

Glad they did this! Just wondering though......were there ever any beanbags for sale? I don't see any in the antique shop and just want to make sure I'm not missing any from my collection.

Hm, don´t know where to ask, therefore I´m asking here: The antique shop will hoard other items than items from Islander/pirate shop, correct? Is it possible that bobbleheads will be put there? I still need some from 2010. :3

Other old event shop items are supposed to eventually move to the AS, yes. At least two (I think 3) bobbleheads were released by the hustler at one point and the Matlal Bobblehead was temporarily available in the MC, so while it's possible I'd say release through the AS would be unlikely.

thanks (: I have read it in one of the old news posts that there had been one in the MC. But I haven´t been around in that time to buy it. They don´t have to be in the AS. I just would dance a jig if there would be a chance to get them. (:

At least it's quite likely that they'll be rereleased at some point. c: I need four more as well, including the one that was released in the MC. Right now Matlal is still cheaper on shop search than its MC price though (50m) so you might as well save up for it as I doubt they'd lower the price.
