I'm so surprised because I honestly thought he was gonna be in the queue for 500 years again haha. But he isn't. And then I had to rush and fix his tc order because I've been lazy about putting things where they go when adding new stuff :P

I can relate to the TC thing. Really easy to get 'lazy' about it when the tc is huge!

I spent forever initially organizing it...but now I add things randomly and I forget. It's so big and like...it's work haha. Even with the nicer/newer method of clicking instead of dragging, it's just an ordeal haha.

Hell, no. Back when Keith was insisting that they absolutely HAD to get rid of the galleries, because it was all dem mangy hoarders causing the 502 errors, I made a couple of suggestions, and Keith got pretty snippy about the 'peanut gallery'. So, as far as I'm concerned, he can bite me.

I can't help but imagine Eric would've stuck around longer if it weren't for them turning the galleries into another gold-tiered money grab.

haha yes, ordeal! I have a pet that had every single luminare and new year item in it. I loaned ot to eric for some reason so I had to remove all the items. I still haven't even gotten them back into the tc much less organized again. I am only at like 750 out of 1K I think. And it has been years!

Oh I know eric would have stayed if they had not done that! The main thing he liked about Subeta was taken away from him so what was the point? ANd it didn't fix anything on here, just like we knew it wouldn't

My suggesting you smail them was really just tongue-in-cheek. I know they thing we basic users are all morons. Maybe we are for sticking around so long. I was actually surprised to see that Keith had even been here.

I don't blame you in the least dude. Every time I have to explain an error I'm having to Bug, I get a verbal smackdown until I provide oodles of evidence that I'm right (even though I'm not an almighty programmer) and then it's all "oh okay, I see what the issue is now" but like..no apology etc. So I'm reluctant unless my level of annoyance with the issue is suuuuuper high.

It's just....so much work haha. SO MUCH WORK. Sometimes I wish (not for Dean particularly) that there was a way to just click a button for the TC to have it organized alphabetically or by itemID or whatnot. I have pets I'd probably be fine using stuff like that for. It would be great for Lumi/NY TC so it just sorted you oldest to newest in itemID order and such.

oh my word! That would be wonderful. You have no idea how many times I have thought I had all the ornaments finally all grouped together and then found strays. At least it is easier now. But after a while I just get discouraged and don't feel like messing with it anymore.

Oh yeah, it's such an undertaking. Especially when you have to reorganize a ton of things /again/. One day you'll have the energy to deal with it hopefully. I still need to work on the rest of my pets tbh haha.

Indulge me in a non-work-related anecdote:

Donald Trump was visiting the UK, and he was venting his frustration in Prime Minister Theresa May's office. "My staff is terrible. They leak information, they don't back me up, they're making me look bad. How do you keep your staff in order?"

Ms. May answers, "For one thing, I don't hire based on partisanship or political favors. I hire people who are qualified, intelligent, and have good reasoning skills."

Trump says, "I don't get it. Can you show me an example?" So Theresa May calls Emmanuel Macron, the president of France. "Monsieur President," she says. "I have Donald Trump on the line. Can you tell us: who is your father's son, but isn't your brother?"

President Macron says, "Well, of course, zat would be me!"

Trump says, "Oh, that's easy. I can do that!" And so he flies back to Washington. Back at the White House, he calls his Vice-President into the Oval Office. "Mike, " he asks, "who is your father's son, but isn't your brother?"

Mike Pence thinks long and hard and finally admits, "I don't know, but I'll do some research and get back to you on that." He leaves the office and starts walking up and down the halls of the White House hoping to find someone who could answer the president's riddle, but none of them could.

Finally, in defeat, Pence goes back to his office, opens his desk drawer, and unfolds a sheet of paper on which his predecessor left a phone number where he could be reached. He dials the number.

"Mr. Biden? This is Mike Pence. I hate to bother you, but I have to know: Who is your father's son, but isn't your brother?"

Joe Biden laughs for a moment and says, "Well, obviously, it's me!"

Pence thanks him and hangs up. He calls Donald Trump back. "I have an answer for your question now. It's Joe Biden!"

The president is incensed. "No, you idiot! It's Emmanuel Macron!"
