That is pretty much my reaction. I have bought more from the main shops while questing. Generally I would only take the time if there was about a 20k difference in the main price and user price. Now I am really just buying whatever is cheaper. But it also tells me other people will be doing the same thing so I won't be selling as much from my shop. Well I almost always bought from NPC shops, even if only to save a few hundred sP. I would only buy from user shops if the price is not only below, but more than 15% below NPC shop price. I also hoard tons of stuff, so if the item wasn't in NPC shops, and it was more than 5K in user shops, I'd look to see if I had the item in my galleries. Buying from user shops, unless really cheap, was always my last choice even though it was fastest.

good lord, no wonder it takes you so long to quest! That is some dedication there. Are you that thrifty in real life?

oh hell no! Time spent on subeta saving sP, earning sP, etc is all part of the fun of the game. Time spent doing real life chores - that's boring. So I waste real money to take less time doing real things. I "waste" time on here earning fake money...hmmm... that somehow doesn't sound quite right! LOL.

You have a point. When I've spent real money here, and I don't do it often, its usually been to make my gaming experience more fun, like gold accounts, or buying stuff I fully planned to use, not resell for profit. Which is why I don't generally buy chance bags or use the chance machines, because I want to make sure I get full value when I do spend real money.

I do still spend real money but not to sell anymore. That really funny thing - NOT haha funny - is the highest 500 csc I ever sold was only 12 million. And I was thrilled that it sold for so much!

OMGOMGOMG! Can I brag here?! Of course I can! y'all know Im poor, and Im not ashamed to admit it or if my back's against the wall and there's no way out I'll even ask for help maybe so Im sure you know my TV is an old 20-something inch that I got used quite awhile back. Its usually background noise anyways, but its so old there's no where to add a dvd player and such, you have to have adapters.

For the kids games my daughter brought over their old playstation and my son had a TV that had plug in places for it so thats all well and good, its smaller but it works and they like it well enough.

So anyway thats where I was in the TV land until today!! My kids are bringing me a flat screen! Its a 32" vizio which Im going to google right now. Its for mothers day, my birthday and because my son thought the TV in his room fried or something so he bought a replacement but it was the connections, not the TV. So they're giving me the new one!!

SQUWEEEEEEEE! A real flat screen tv just in time for the superbowl!! IM SO EXCITED!!

Um.. the shop thing is gonna makes sales out of user shops drop but for someone who restocks and quests like I do (Im the same as Lypsyl, if there's sP to be saved, I'll restock it) I kinda like this way.

Congrats on the TV! Our TV is getting old now, but when we bought it we planned ahead. We chose a TV that had doodads and connections we didn't need at the time, but could see the industry heading that way. We planned not to buy a new one for many years. It has sort of worked, but sort of not. We're in a position where it mostly does what it needs to, but not as well as current tech does. But it works for us.

So I have to MANUALLY turn it off and on and up and down. Thank goodness the cable box changes the channel! lol

OMG what hardship! I am totally ashamed to say that I have no idea how to turn on my TV without the remote. I don't even know if I can! And to think our TV before this one didn't even HAVE a remote.
