I find driving while its snowing, or right after a fresh snowfall is usually okay. The worst, for me, is the morning after - when the cars driving have melted the snow and its frozen into ice overnight. LOL as long as its just snow, and not a blizzard!

Definitely a time when no news is good news.

This isn't a game you can beat easily. Lots and lots of stuff to do plus new stuff added by DLC. We haven't even made it to the master quest map yet. Next week the twilight princess map is going to be added.

I really enjoyed seeing the snow and was looking for an excuse to go somewhere in it yesterday. Not that there was much of it. Really just enough to make things wet. Had no problems with slippery roads or anything. But yes, when it gets mashed sown and icy it is much more dangerous.

sounds like fun. I wish I enjoyed those kinds of games now but they have gotten way too complicated for me.

I love games like that, but my current computer just isn't powerful enough to play them :(

Well I got it! 50% chance actually worked out for me for a change - it was a lot of points too.

Hey =) Im around luv but on my cell 99%of the time cuz its too damn cold at my desk which is up against an outside wall. My tale of woe can be summed up with one phrase that everyone has to deal with - Murphys Law. I've used an EdenPure infrared heater that kept this room warm and help cut down on fuel oil costs as a backup heat source for years and just when the first big storm rolled in the damn thing fried.

It couldn't have happened at a worse time either of course. 2 weeks ago my brother who was suppose to have more fuel oil delivered last week decided to try to strongarm the engine of his truck replacing gaskets instead of waiting for help and ended up dislocating 2 ribs and tearing the muscle wall in his chest so he has been laid off. My son just bought a house and has his own issues to take care of, and my daughter's in-laws are dealing with their own things which has anything she might have to help out for a few weeks tied up in getting over there almost daily.

Long story short, I have a very limited supply of fuel oil right now. Im able to use my cell to keep up with subeta but I've got the thermostat set at 60 and stay on the couch under my comforter unless I run to the restroom to pee or make something to eat.

The entire situation is so ironic I still don't know if I should laugh or cry. By this time next week I should have a way to get a replacement heater, it wont be as good as the one I had but anything that doesnt pop the circuit breaker at this point is all Im looking to get.

Ah the joys of living in Minnesota.

yikes! When it rains it pours. :/ Or, should I say...when it snows it blizzards? Sounds like the whole lot of you have a ton to deal with right now. I must say I am impressed by how much you typed while on your phone! I hate hate hate typing on my phone! My fingers are just too big I guess.

I don't know how much money you are looking to spend on a heater, other than as little as possible but still be warm. I have heard really good things about the dyson heater/fans. They are a little pricey but may be worth it? They have a variety of them on QVC right here if you want to check them out.

Thanks. Always good to know when people on the list aren't playing anymore. I try to keep track of scores, but I can barely manage to track my own never mind everyone else!

I know right!? Its never a "good time" for your main heat source to give up the ghost but common.. it could have at least given some sort of clue that it was about to die or something. Even then I just needed a few weeks out of it and a set back like this could have been managed without me feeling like a freaking popsicle.

So.. how do yall track your scores on games when you're not on the high score table? I would love to be able to do that.
