It's no problem. I have way too much stuff and rarely bother putting stuff in my shop. I could be a billionaire a few times over if I really took the time to work my shop, but there are too many other things I enjoy more. With more than 250K items scattered through my account, I'm one of those site breaking people. The more I can get rid of the better.

Holy shit, you're not kidding are you? I have like 1 page in my vaults main section, 1 page in any of the handful of catagories so most everything I own is in galleries. 250 thousand items .. that blows my mind.

Yeah, I've got a few big piles, like 4510 Steamworks trinkets, or 8431 Vesnali coins (so if you ever need stuff from those shops don't hesitate to ask). But most of it is in small piles of less than 100 items. I'd frag more, but every time I do bother to do so, it takes for ever and generally ends up freezing my browser.

I'd take my currencies out and stick them in their respective shops, but I don't trust the site not to make changes where I'll regret having them stuck in shops.

But yall have them - have them? You dont use the other currencies bank? twitches I've got everything in there, candy hearts, coins, trinkets, invites and wiz tokens.

oh sure, I have a few thousand wiz tokens, and a few hundred of the other stuff in the currency bank and I refill as needed. But, for example I need at least a few candy hearts to feed to my gourmand, and I'll gift tokens and such to people (especially while doing drills quests). So I like the flexibility of having them on hand rather than stuck in their shops. LOL of course I have too many on hand, I should put more in the "bank."

and of course you Lypsyl - is anyone carving a punk'in for the contest? I have no idea how to carve one but I think I might give it a shot. I also think I'm going to watch some beginner youtube tutorials for pumpkin carving for dummies.

Im wondering if I were to print something out to use as an outline and tape it down if that wouldnt be a good place to start.

Im also wondering what in the world is a fake pumpkin, Ive never heard of those but I'll bet my daughter has.

Eric and I were talking about that on the achievement thread. I think I am going to try to do a Keith pumpkin. IDK how great it will turn out. I really just want the achievement. Printing/taping would probably work but remember it has to be subeta related. Fake pumpkin....Walmart has some plastic ones and some Styrofoam ones.

The guy took a digital pic of his .. dachshund (maybe) and tells you how he put it on a pumpkin. Is it way too much for a beginner like me, of course it is but the step by step breakdown is very enlightening.

hahahah holy shit! I could never do something like that! I am thinking a regular pumpkin face and some hair and eyebrows.

Isn't that amazing? He makes it look so easy too but with a simple pattern, some.. lets see, yellow and brownish yarn glued to stiff construction paper or thin cardboard like from a 12 pk of soda for support.. yeah, that could work. It would take a couple layers of yarn to get the "hair" to look like hair but that's the easy part. Couple half moons cardboard cutouts with bits of yarn glued to them for eyebrows.. nodding along as my brain overruns my fingers

Well, I found 2 free patterns HERE. I downloaded the great horned owl (Oowel) and a crow (Kawl) and using photoshop I thought why not put one behind the other.. since the crow has more tracing involved, he'll be behind the owl with most of the detail hidden.

Will it be anything revolutionary. I seriously doubt it but I do think it's doable.

I swear I could be dead on my feet but when an idea hits, I have to give it a shot. I put together a crude pattern by combining bits and pieces of a couple free patterns and what-knot to come up with an Oowel in the Pumpkin patch. Next step, figure out what comes next.

The free patterns show the owl looking a lot more like an owl on their site then that does in photoshop but I assume that's where a bit of imagination might come in. I could put a couple twigs into the sides of the pumpkin with a banner that says something like Jaxon's Place - visitors allowed but not welcome. Gah. Too many ideas in my head way too soon. I dont even know how to transfer the pattern yet.

I dont think carbon paper exists any more lol! I'm going to pick a couple practice pumpkins tomorrow when I'm at Sicca's and see if I can follow that guys instructions at the bottom of the page with his dog on a pumpkin on something really simple. There's got to be a pointy tool around here somewhere that I can use since I dont know what an awl is - if I dont know what it is, odds are I don't have one lol!
