Congratulations on finding all those ghosts! Good luck on the pirate ship. You actually have to make it to level 16 or more. I had to do that one on my phone as tapping to fire was a whole lot easier.

- I'm now up to 100 (I'd say my bf did 60ish and I did 40ish). I'm not sure if battling the opponent with more than 1 pet will "count" extra, but I doubt it. (but maybe I'll go to town with another pet or two, just in case)

I couldn't get through the boat race, I really, really hate timed games. My bf got through for me. Then I played one game of the pirate attack and managed to get to lvl 13, but it hurt my hand so bad that I simply couldn't get through it again. My wonderful bf managed to do it though. I wouldn't have gotten most of these achievements without him. Usually during events he will help out by providing extra clicking (kinda like having a superior version of an autorefresher) and I do all the "fun" stuff, but the way my hand has been this time, his help has been invaluable.

- total silence from the doc :(, which is unusual. Could be holiday issues, because it supposedly isn't an 'acute' problem, letters could get stuck in a pending file somewhere, either from the neurologist or from my doc. Who knows? Anyhow I'm waiting on a different issue that I may need to contact my doc about before trying to call to see what's up.

I have also gone through gravedigging games without seeing a single ghost.

Going to chime in and say I've done many of them without seeing a ghost. I've also had stages where a ghost would be on top, no digging required.

LOL you terribly lucky person you! Yeah, I've sometimes gotten a pt and not sure where it came from, but that time I'd only made 1 post so there was no doubt.

I have also gotten games where I got all 4 ghosts, but those are MUCH rarer than the ones where I got none. I'd say the most common for me has been getting 1 ghost.

No forum point on that post? :P I'm lucky and also unlucky as well. I went to the forum shop on my phone and was trying to get a hover to work on one of the items. The hover is always to the right and down of whatever item I click. It ended up making me purchase a sharky which I have. Trying to get them to refund my points now. :(

That reminds we of the damned hustler ad tryout they did. The x out button was situated right over the "buy" button (because of screen size and wrap) and when they first made the ad, the buy button auto-bought. I went and bought some gift cards so that if I accidentally clicked on the buy, I wouldn't have enough CSC to finish the transaction.

While I agree that if you click on the wrong thing, its your mistake, if the website sets things up such that its nearly impossible NOT to do that, then its their responsibility to fix it. Both in terms of making sure it doesn't happen again and to refund the purchase.

There are many ways, they were pointed out and discussed in the feedback thread. Which is why the button is no longer auto-buy.

I haven't seen that hustler banner since maybe the second day. I thought they got rid of it. I didn't have any trouble with it though it was annoying as all get out.

What REALLY bothers me is the idea of taxing every sale in our shops. That just ....UGH. I can't.

I think this is going to be one of those"glad I don't understand" nights.. Tax our shop sales? Seriously? Then what? We have to file tax return's? I mean seriously, what's next?

Didn't you know? Gotta punish the "old/rich" players so we are not so intimidating to/have too many advantages over, the new players.

I'm all for making things fair for new players, giving them opportunities to get old stuff - not their fault they just discovered Subeta, and we aren't so special just because we discovered the site many years ago. Like adding the Centropolis summer event hairstyles to the wardrobe, putting old things into the crystal shop/TS, unretiring old retired items, etc. that's all GREAT stuff.

But the attitude I find annoying is that we older players shouldn't have ANY advantages. Well that's just BS. We aren't special because we found Subeta x years ago, but we ARE special because we've stuck with it for X years! We shouldn't be shoved under the bus for that.

I'm all for sP sinks, like self-sticking, making other-seasonal items 125% in the millionaire center, adding new stuff to the MC. Even increasing the price of the hustler boxes was an okay thing to do, and I would support other price increases. Making new NPC shop items higher priced and such. New sP shops, like GoOutside, etc. All of that is good.

What I disagree with is making things "harder" for the sake of...what? Making it harder to accumulate wealth? I mean why? The economy! Every time that phrase comes up I can't help but think of the "but think about the children?" whine.

Certainly the economy has problems, and some of those problems are because the implications were not considered, or hell, even imagined back at the beginning. But some of it, I think a lot of it, is because we just don't understand economy! And by that I don't mean the site owners, I mean no one in the world understands it. Every book, every website, every "expert" in the field of economy says a different thing. Its pretty impossible to fix something that has no concrete solution.

I think they need to look at users who have a lot of funds built up and ask us why we aren't spending sP and what would change that. Me I'm not spending for two main reasons. One is uncertainty, the way things are moving, I'm certain that I will not be able to recoup any funds that I do spend. So I better make damn sure that I spend stuff on things I really, really want/need. The second is the attitude that you have to spend funds to get what you want right this minute because if you delay you may not get what you want. So I have to have funds on hand all the time...I can't blow my whole bank because if I do, I'll miss out next time I want something. In large part because its getting harder to save/earn sp.

They are reducing ways one can be 'successful' on site and that is a seriously BAD thing.
