Yeah, right now I'm testing a few things which includes a system to replace the password where you send out "invites" to users in particular that have a randomly generated code in each (so that the item can only be purchased once with that code) and the user pays when they use that code. That way you can send out 5 invites (or 3 invites) and that is essentially the same as making a batch of 3, but you don't need all of the CSC to come in at once.
Does that make sense?

Oh that's definitely better, it's not 'transferrable' like a password so you can know for sure the items are going to the people you assigned them to ^^
I'm not sure that system would work for original / first batches though (as in, it could work to "guarantee" someone a slot on limited releases, but not for actual single batch super privates), if people can take their time redeeming the code o:
Yeah, this will only be for 2+ batches. The first batch has to remain the same just because it's a way for us to ensure that people aren't submitting (absolute) trash and keeps the pool smaller.

...actually idk why I said privates, privates shouldn't be dealt with via shop ._. Those would be 1-batch public things at most. But then if you have 1-batch public things with preslots... just go ahead and fork the difference / sell the remaining ones via trades, I guess. Yeah the personal code should work!
Edit: Fork the difference or use the apply for slot method if it happens. ^^;

I am happy that there's so much thought and sweat put into the CW shop issue, but what about all the other Forumgroups, like the Art market ones?
You said some can stay, like customwear and all, but that doesn't seem to include the general forum groups like the ones for art, discussion, general sale and such.
I hope these will get an according alternative as well. Or did I miss something?
We aren't getting rid of any ping groups. We're trying to make the need for them lessened :)
