Merry Christmas my sweet friend. Thank you so much for the presents you sent me. I really love them! I hope you are doing well and enjoying the holiday season with your pup and family too :) It's snowing here so we are having a white christmas...lol I am alone again this christmas but...considering my crazy family...it is a good thing. Too much yelling and fighting at holidays or everyone shuts down and they are glued to their phones or TV or video games. Christmas isn't the same as it used to be. Hi Irene. I was just thinking of you. How wonderful that you got another furbaby. And a puppy named Milo. Puppies are always fun to have and I am sure he does keep you busy. Your Jake will never be forgotten but I believe that he is more at rest now that you can be happy again. My little Max died a couple months ago and it's been hard to even say his name or think of him. I miss him terribly. I know he is with my cat George and my mom so he is at rest now. It was so hard to live in an empty house...the worst time of life. Even when my mom passed I still had Max and George to keep me going. So...after a week I went to the local rescue of animals near me. There was this kitten/cat there in a cage. When I went up to it and spoke to her she got up and stretched and then came right to me. Mewing and nuzzling to my finger that I stuck thru the cage. A worker there said it was the first time she had come near anyone. She had arrived from a rescue many states away (Texas) and she had been in a cage for months. She was 11 months old. She is tiny and I adopted her. She looks like George (The cat I wear in my avatar here) cept she is mostly black/gray with white markings and her paws. It took a month for her to let me pet her but now she jumps in my lap for cuddles. Still she won't let me pick her up but she follows me everywhere. lol She eats good and has tons of toys. Like your Milo...Bella has given me a reason to get up in the morning. I wish I could have gotten a puppy but I don't get around real well with my arthritis. I'm a dog person but this kitten is really fun to have. She just loves life out of a cage and is constantly racing around the house like shes crazy...lol She is not going to be an outdoor cat but I bought this cat tower for her to climb on and the top of it has a small bed she lays in and watches the wild life outside the window. (Its as tall as I am! hahaha) I am so glad you got another pet...we both still have lots of love to give to a pet. Take care my friend..Love you too Irene xoxoxo
