ah, i've never used the CW pawn so i can't help with that, i'm sorry! :( maybe you could try filing a ticket? chances are the staff are aware of the issue but with everything else going on, it's lower priority on the list. hopefully it gets resolved soon!

Holy cheesits. I know mine had the swat team called in a few times, lots of fighting, break ins (one even tried breaking into our apartment when my husband was at work), my truck got dinged/scratched up, had a few meth lab break ups, etc etc.. ugh. Awful. I'm so happy you're out of that, no one should be in that situation. I hope you're new year is 100 times better than this year! I can't say much for mine but we will see!
