if you're talking about the book Sir Cameron Needs to Die I would love to read that review, I tried to read it but DNF'd within a few pages because I could IMMEDIATELY tell it was not for me.

You knoe what, I've stumbled my way to tier 11 with probably non-optimized sets. But! Mr. Eric's guide on a popular blog site (aka ultimatefriend352); if you Google you can easily find the sets he recommends and even when I couldn't afford everything recommended I used what I could and it worked out pretty well!

The above CSS makes it easier to see the floating flowers. The flower still moves around but even if you don't use CSS the flower will scroll with you so it stays in view. Spacemage and a few other users figured this code out.
