I usually just fragmentize the items in my shop worth less than 3k sp, so I autoprice and then remove the cheap items to frag. Mass buying items from the cheap main shops works too, like spells galore, where the items only cost like 500 sp each. You can get a lot of items from battling too if you have a strong battle pet.
