You've mentioned that. But it's ... it's still suffocating. I'm working on a different story at the moment, and I'm smiling, because it still feels right. Not ... jilted, or off, right. I think - I think that if I were going to publish any of my stories first, it'd be the one I'm working on now. I know where it's going; I'm confident in who the characters are and the story, it's all good. It'd be a lot of work to get it finished - I'm only at Chapter Two - but despite all the time I haven't worked with the chracters, I still know them. I still know what makes them them, what drives them ... all of that sort of stuff. Important stuff.

... Well, I bet your folks don't fight every little change you make to the story. Your story. Mine? Yeah, they do.

Mmm. sighs I'm just really out of it; feel like throwing my laptop somewhere, and dumping my stories in the trash. Not a good feeling.

Currently dealing with self-esteem based writer's block. It's ... not fun. Unsurprisingly.
