We've changed, we've realized how much strength we have to move forward carrying the grief and regret. We never forget the love and good times. We choose to always remember that no matter how bad today might be, tomorrow is always a new chance at having a better day. Please, never become a little black heart on a loved one's calendar. Reach out for help when you are weak. Remember that you are loved even when you feel that you are not. Choose to focus on the good things about life and choose to live.
