For me it was around levels 80-100, when it started getting ridiculous and asking for retired items or artifacts.

Yeah, it was challenging for sure. Thankfully, this was the only quest when I asked me for something ridiculously expensive. I had a couple of quests that cost 2 million. But otherwise Chase (aka-evil blue bunny) was fairly nice to me until the last few quests.
