The hair your looking for can be transformed from the wig you have in your trades

Hey c: the Summer Sunset Hair Elixir and Summer Evening Hair Tonic are transformable items, meaning if you click on the Elixir in your inventory there's an option to "Transform Item," and that's how you change it into the Tonic!
