Yeah between high gas prices and the instability of the region airfare is a little insane right now.

I even booked tickets for the sailor moon musical, Tuxedo mask bias so I could get his drink + merch lol. I was so hyped for the trip so they immediately went "ah ha! We know what to get her this year!" lol. I swear I'm going to end up camping in the airport in protest if this one gets cancelled as well. Wish me luck, I figured Japan in the autumn would be nice, the leaves changing color, Halloween themed stuff everywhere. Just my vib :D

Nah not this year. Though my brothers surprised me with an airline ticket to Japan yesterday for my birthday. I already had a ticket on Singapore airlines but they cancelled all flights from our region starting yesterday so I was like... ok I guess I'm just not destined to travel this year. My brothers conspired and came back with an emirates tickets for the same dates as a birthday present!

So trip still on! Airline fare is so expensive at the moment, the prices practically doubled 😵‍💫
