I was trying to respond on the bite forum but it did not like the reply function. I wanted to say thank you for bringing up the healer. its so cool this Survival has all these new functions but I do feel a little better explanation would have helped. My mud is back on track.

Thank You soso much for your help I appreciate you so much. now is there a waiting period for you to bite again.I just bite someone & the bite button disappeared (like you said). Will it come back if the person still needs bites to get infected? does 1 bite infect person ? Hugss :D
