Let\'s all go to the movies (New Reward Card)
There is a new Reward Card available to fill out! Remember that for each stamp you will earn Loyalty Points (LP) in ascending value to spend in the Loyalty Shop - stamp 1 is 1 point, stamp 2 is 2 points and so forth. Completing a card awards you 5 bonus LP, bringing the total for completing a card to 60LP.
You can fill this card up twice! You will get the same amount of points for filling out each card, so in total you have a chance of getting 120LP. You can spend these points in the Loyalty Shop.
If you’re unsure if you’re on your first or second card, check out your current level. Levels 0-10 are for the first card, 11-20 are for the second card.

Working on lag 6/16
We know there have been some cron issues, plus lag affecting New Subeta, and Keith is working on pinpointing the cause. DigitalOcean reported another incident yesterday that they have since marked resolved, but the signs we're seeing are similar enough (loading problems not always being reproducible from page to page or between users) that we think that there may be some lingering effects. We're looking into further diagnosis and will share as we find out more. Thank you all!

Reminder: Legacy Shop System Permanently Retiring June 19th, 2022
Just as a reminder, the legacy shop system will be permanently retiring and removed June 19th 2022. Legacy shops are an older system, and newer users or people who already removed them don't have to worry about this! You'll know if you have a legacy shop by checking under the Commerce tab and hovering over Your Shops: legacy shops will have a ⚠ symbol next to them.
We very much appreciate the people who went into action when they saw the deadline announced previously and, if you've already finished migrating everything, you're all set! If you still need to get to this within the next few days but start now, you also have the benefit of being able to monitor items and make sure everything moved over properly. If you start on it and run into issues with the process, please file a ticket!
If you have not gotten to this yet or you know someone who won't be back before the legacy shop retirement, Keith has put together a tool that will automatically move remaining shop items to vault and till sP to on-hand as a step of dismantling the old shop system. Please keep in mind, though, that if you let the automatic migration tool take care of it, we will not be double-checking logs for missing items or sP after the fact unless you actively file a ticket with details. So we do urge you to review your legacy shops, if you still have any, before the 19th if you want to have more control over the process!

Hosting Provider Issues 6/13 (resolved)
Subeta's hosting provider, DigitalOcean, is experiencing failures and difficulties with some of their services. This means that downstream, sites like Subeta might be having problems such as dropped pages and incomplete loading. Since New Subeta powers forums, avatars, and other features, some of those issues and outages may impact several site features at a time.
DigitalOcean has a status page here and we'll be monitoring on our end to see if there's anything we can do. Stay cool in the meantime, even though summer changeover is soon. 😉
EDIT 6/14: DigitalOcean reports that they have resolved this, and the site should be back to normal operation. Thank you!
