Quest-A-Thon: COMING SOON to a quest near you

Are you ready for a Quest-A-Thon? Y’all have asked for it over the past two years and it’s finally here. Well, almost.

Starting at 12:00am on Monday August 24 you will have until 11:59pm on Friday September 4 to complete 1,000,000 quests as a team!

Like always, the completing quests from the following quest givers will count towards the goal: Blue Building, Carl, Cinthia, Mori and Nori, Alexander, Maleria, Pete, Quentin, Saggitarius, Sarah, and The Wizard.

Don’t forget that regular users can complete 10 quests per quest giver and gold account users can complete 15 quests per quest giver a day. The only quest this does not apply to is Blue Building quests, which are 5 a day for everyone.

Now let’s discuss prizes! If the goal is met, participants will get the following prizes:

  • Sparkles forum title
  • A special new Avatar Border! What are avatar borders? They are a new feature that adds something special to your avatar headshot. Future borders will be given out in all sorts of ways, so keep an eye out! As far as the quest-a-thon goes, any participant will get the Blue Sun Sparkle border. If you place in the top 100 participants, you’ll get the Gold Sun Sparkle border as well! (We expect a lot of ties, so more than 100 people might end up getting the gold Sparkle border)

    Alright, time to go be a bit more daring! Let's find something a bit more challenging than a kanis! I figure while we're still covered in sand we could visit the next place; you know where I mean, right? Come find me and we'll do some training for the next legendary Subeta pet!

    Subscription Updates & Issues

    We launched our new subscriptions over a month ago, and have seen a really incredible response to them, and we’ve added hundreds of new subscribers.

    We knew when launching a new payment system, and completely new subscriptions, there would be some bumps. We worked hard to get everything as solid as possible, after all we’re dealing with your real hard earned money here, and launched with very few bugs.

    Of course, that is never fully the case, so we’d like to address some glitches that occurred during this first round of subscription renewals. Some users experienced a delay of 1-3 days between getting billed for a subscription renewal and the subscription actually renewing on site. Subscriptions are supposed to renew on the same day that they are billed. We’ve identified and fixed the issue causing these delays, and all delayed subscription renewals should have now gone through.

    If you have any outstanding issues with your subscription, please file a ticket and we will assist you ASAP. You can check your current subscription status on the subscriptions page here if you’d like to make sure your subscription information is correct.
