As a gift from the legendary dragon, the Millionaire Center has begun selling the scales of the Red Rreign...for a price, of course. Rumor has it, though, that this magical scale, when combined with other items, has the power to craft impenetrable gear for you to use. Craft with care. Also, try not to burn yourself. ;)
