Been avoiding the topic, but I just read the story. I liked it and thought it was well written. Good graphic imagery.

I won't say anymore as I will get pissed off with people and wouldn't like to criticise other pets, Squeak.

So we are gonna bitch about everything are we? Well, the next pretty pet that involves loving cupcakes and rainbows will make me want to vomit and I will bitch about it then. The story wasn't bad, people just enjoy different things. There are nicer ways to get your opinion across... there was a warning afterall. If it isn't your cup of tea, Jeebus forbid. I enjoyed it, good job Hearse.

The story in itself is badly written. I am disgusted that the staff chose it due to the story that said person tried to tell. It is offensive to many and sickening to others with weak stomachs. To many variables makes it a loose cannon.

I know hearse personally, and honestly, it was a mistake, as i know he had something up at one point. as it got transferred it probably was removed for whatever reason.

is it unfortunate? yes. does it deserve a repick? Maybe, but since it has all the info up now, why does it matter?

I honestly don't see why Mael won. The only profile he ever had up was Siren's, and that was for an application. I vote for a re-pick, please. Mael really doesn't deserve to win this.

Sorry for the blank comment. But people have to understand why some people are upset with this. We understand it is not the staffs fault really, but still it is upsetting when there are those of us who really worked hard on our own pets and have been waiting every day to see if we might win. So when something like this happens, I feel that we are allowed to express our disappointment. Doesn't mean I am pissed at the staff, just that I hope they fix it soon.

Is this the first time this has happened? I think so. Mistakes happen, random pick is random. But people need to lighten up a little bit. The staff will probably make some change to how it works so only the pretty pets win.

Don't get so worked up, guys. All pets featured on the news page don't show pretty overlays, so if you don't click his name you won't have to endure the awfulness of seeing nothing there.

Once pets get accepted into the queue they are not re-checked. There is far too many pets. There is a disable button that will allow the owner to take off the nomination. The owner should have done this especially since they temporarily adopted it out. It is not staff's fault.

Dear people of the world, not everything on Subeta is perfect. Many big things have gone wrong, the Pet Spotlight is not one of these. Sure it's disappointing, but hey it's just a spotlight for only -one- day.

Considering the fact that a pet is very likely to be a permanent pet if it has a profile and everything this scenario is rather unforeseeable.
