Also: Please stop getting butthurt about constructive criticism some artists, because of people making huge stinkfests from getting a bit of constructive crit. I can't get ANY when I want it :/

I love this not just because of recent events, but because as an artist myself I've occasionally been on the receiving end of NON-constructive criticism. I love having my stuff critiqued, and I think it's a helpful tool for improving myself as an artist, and I certainly don't mind if people don't like something I make or draw... they're entitled to that and everyone likes different things. That doesn't mean, though, that they have the right to be mean and rude about it, and even if it's just over the internet, and even if it's something that you can just... not respond to and ignore, it still hurts when someone makes a rude comment like that to you. I'm not an overly sensitive person, but I still think that there is no reason to be rude or verbally abusive in critique.

At everyone being snarky about the item. Do you think they would make the item if there was only a little nonconstructive criticism? Look back at some of the old news post with revamps, item releases, whatever. Getting shot down is not very encouraging, is it? I think they are entitled.
