Amazing job, Arbor! (even though I don't know you at all XD) I really like the way it's looking at you from over it's shoulder.

I'm so glad Popokos are getting some love! Ratatosk has been Marsh for far too long. Can't afford an Angelic potion, though. I think I'm holding out for reborn or Spectrum for him. :3

What a lovely! I love its expression, this is such a vivacious looking little creature. I vowed to only have one pet on this site, and the Glacier Sheeta put me at two. This one is very tempting! It's so endearing!

Honestly, there is a difference between being /rude/ and being helpful. :/
Who wants to see the /same/ front pose over and over again and like most have said, don't like it? Don't get it and you won't have to look at it.

Think you can do better? Apply to be an artist and see how it goes. -shrugs-

But I think it's lovely. XD The coloring is AMAZING.

If I were an artist I'd be afraid to post any new pets because everyone always has something bad to say or wants to change it! It's really starting to get annoying because everyone's so mean. Everyone always wants to make the ear go two inches to the left or something and it's like who cares! It's already been done! They should disable posts from new pets... XD

I didn't really like Popokos at first.. but this is adorable

We need the artists to work on more pets, methinks.. Many are in dire needs of revamping (Bloodred Cadogre, various Bloodreds, Angelics and Graveyards..), or they just need releasing.

But I love this. The pose and expression are so cute. x3

I love the color scheme on this pet especially. Usually the thing that bugs me about angelic pets is that lilac, pink and blue combo, but the nice thing about the lighter tones on this popoko is that they really make sense as 'angelic'.
Also, I like the pose, it's nice to have something different.

Too bad about the haters, if you don't like the pet, don't get it

I am just struggling to understand why when one group agrees with each other it's 'expressing their opinions' but when other people agree it's 'ganging up' and they are a 'possee'? Is it just because we are friends? If so, kind of lame.

I am also glad that the Angelic Potion was put back in the cash shop. The more I look at this the more I like it. I first thought it was a little boring, but a closer look shows the great fur texture in the shading of the tail, and the shading on the wings is also very good.

I don't expect to be able to please everyone. I did have to do a double take at the word copout, but I don't think sp4de meant any harm. They tried to suggest a way to improve the pet, which most people don't do. I don't agree with their redlines for this particular pet, but they don't agree with my version, either. Most people, when they have a pet released that they don't like just go,''omg SUCKS DON'T WANT.'' and don't try to offer any reason why. I don't like that 'cop out,' was applied to me or my pet, but I don't think sp4de meant it as insultingly as the word implies. It's not a nice word to hear applied to yourself, but I don't think sp4de was trying to tell me that I sucked at life. I know I certainly didn't slack off when working on this pet. I can't prove it to anyone else, but for the people I worked with when creating it.

I'm okay with the fact that I can't please everyone. I don't think that anyone is ganging up, either. I appreciate those of you who are defending me, too. I love you guys. As far as pet releases go, this one hasn't had anyone be truly ridiculous or offensive. (I'm still waiting for it, though. There's always someone who has to show up! XD)

So. My feelings aren't hurt, I love everyone, and I really appreciate everyone who is looking out for me - whether it's trying to suggest something better or disagreeing with a poor choice of words.

None of us are bothered that anyone on this news posts dislikes the popoko. Both the artists and the users here realize that you cannot please everyone. What I personally am contesting is an offensive choice of words and the tactless manner in which said dislike was expressed.

I don't think a variety of individuals separately posting with their own views is ganging up. We're not off in a room together, plotting what to say. We're just voicing our own opinions and unhappiness at the choice of words used - and in my own case, I'm voicing my actual knowledge of how hard the artist worked on this.

I watched her do it, step by step, from sketch to colour choices. I'm TELLING you she in no way 'copped out'. And actually, as far as poses go, we never draw just one pose and stick with it. I know Arbor has been doodling popokos for ages, and she got to this pose and liked what she could do with it, and developed it from there. For variety's sake, I try to get a few back poses in with my own pets. Arbor would have had no problem in drawing it front view, it just wasn't the pose she chose.

Touchy, touchy, aren't we?

None of the users posting here are 'ganging up' on anyone. We are voicing our opinion, and it is the usual 'posse' that comes in and shoots down every comment that they feel is ill and undeserved. It's amazing how overly emotional some can be over a few comments of dislike.

Not every piece of artwork that comes out of an artist here is going to be fully liked, nor is it going to be 'perfect'. No piece of art is perfect in the art world, and everything could use some form of improvement.

Some of us simply think that the pose could be more dynamic, and that more effort could be brought forth. Does this mean that we think it 'sucks', or that the artist is 'horrible'? No. Not at all.

Why not just admit it was a poor choice of wording? I'm not twisting anyone's words. I'm merely stating the definition of "cop out" and trying to explain why it was that offensive to not only the artist involved, but also the people who care about how she feels and know how hard she worked on this.

I also find it a bit rude for people to gang up on those that voice opinions over a pet. :| I don't agree with 'cop out' being a phrase to denote laziness. It just means that maybe the artist didn't have any other ideas for a pose, and picked something rather simplistic. That is no need to bite at the throats of people who have opinions over this.

the first time i saw it i though, wow this is raelly simple cxompared to the other angelic pets, but the more i looked the more i thought, actually, i like it because of that, its not busy and things werent crammed into the space, plus i love the pose, it really is beautiful and i might just change host to and agelic popoko instead of an angelic keeto :3

Sp4de, I'm sorry, but your 'redlines' are anatomically incorrect. 8| The first one you did is a sitting pose, and that's not what the artist was going for. In the second one, the bottom part of the body is a tad long. The pose for the official one is fine and I don't see anything wrong with it.

In fact, this pet is fantastic. That makes 3 magical plushies I need to get for those pet slots. Sickeningly cute job, Arbor! I love your face!

This is simple, yet complex. The colors are soft ( something I love) and it definitely fits the angelic part of the pet. But, I love the pose most of all. (: It makes the pet come off as coy and shy in a very easy way. I am definitely aiming to get myself one now...
