Debi has already said that there aren't too many or too few letters there (besides the missing one). And yes, people who use a certain part of the site might be at a greater advantage (but isn't that true for all of them). However, THE LETTERS ARE ALL AS THEY SHOULD BE. NOT TOO MANY AND NOT TOO FEW. If you crossed off every other letter, the letters spelled out the question, "Who assures your pets no harm?" To find the answer, I looked around Subeta at what all the questgivers etc said, and if you go to Explore > Riverside Valley > Training Center, part of what Jim says is, "And don't worry about your pet. As a professional I will make sure that your pets' form and speed are perfect for no injuries and maximum results!"

I'm starting to question if I spend too much time here as I got the last one right with little effort and I am pretty darn sure I got this one right as well with very little effort also. Yup, Subeta has taken over my brain...that is the only explanation as usually these kinds of trivias make my head want to explode.
