If you crossed off every other letter, the letters spelled out the question, "Who assures your pets no harm?" To find the answer, I looked around Subeta at what all the questgivers etc said, and if you go to Explore > Riverside Valley > Training Center, part of what Jim says is, "And don't worry about your pet. As a professional I will make sure that your pets' form and speed are perfect for no injuries and maximum results!"
