. Is there a limit on how many times you can use each vending machine on subeta? Can you use the vending machines an unlimited amount of times (per machine) or is there a set limit per day of how often you can use each one? I don't know anything about the vending machines thats why I'm asking if there is a limit or not

^ I think it says that because thats where the ice storm was created. Can't have an ice storm with no ice x3 So it may have been created in Arctic Frost, but carried in the storm to the Uncharted Islands ;D

SubetaHQ having a preview doesn't mean someone has it.
After all, they have the previews for wearable trivia prizes before the trivia finishes.
I think it's either at arctic frost or at the Oceans Depths vending machine since the rarity is "special" If it was at BHH, keith would have specifically said "There's a new item stocking at the blackheart hallow" :p
The only reason why I'm iffy- is because the artist's comments doesn't match what keith is saying about the ice storm passing over the uncharted islands :p I guess the only time we'll know where it is, is when someone actually gets it :p

If anyone else is, like I was, wondering where the uncharted island is - it's the little island to the right of the fairground on the map. But you have to complete the uncharted land map before you can get there.
OD is the Ocean Depths vending machine on the uncharted island. I think that althought the HQ has a preview, they may just get it when the items is drawn to show how it will look. May not necessarily mean some one has one. But you never know. If someone does have it, i wish they would share the secret with us all

Well subetaHQ says it doesn't restock so I think the OD is a better guess than BHH...
But I still won't spend my tokens until I know that I have at least a tiny chnce of getting it.
For some reason, I don't think it would be in the vending machine. I would think the natives would want to keep this as far away from Merana as possible. I was also thinking about the polar ice field, but that doesn't make much sense either. Wouldn't the natives of the island (If they don't like Merana) take it to a place they think it will be safe... maybe the oracle or somewhere near her?
