yeah, subeta has two different spellings for this one. The one that is displayed first is spelled wrong, but the one in the description is spelled correctly. I don't know which one is the correct answer, but I put the correctly spelled one.

The smelter can't speak; the Recycle Beast is speaking the sentence. It said who or what because, properly speaking, anything non human is not a who. If there is more than one spelling for anything on the site, the correct spelling is always... well... correct.
