I love stickers, and Subeta stickers would just be... WOW.
Darn...that sounds so fun and exciting but with me living almost all the way on the other side of the country and being a teenager having to be isolated in my house by my mom's orders, I can't go anywhere! I would really like to get some of those stickers! And the giveaway sounds awesome! What is with the whole "meet-a-Wyllop" thing, though? Some guy in a Wyllop costume or a Wyllop plushie? Maybe take some pictures and post them somewhere, please? I would really like to see how it would have looked like if I went there. I want to compare the scene to the vision in my head!

I don't play subeta much anymore, but going to a convention with subeta-staffers and a subeta booth would be neat. Unfortunately I can't make it to alaska any time soon =x Lol.
But I'm sure Keith and other staff members will have others in different areas in the future. (As they stated) If one is ever near me or I was able to make it to one then I would go

Wow................That's pretty close to where I live,Seattle, Washington. I wish I could go!
I've received several smail and contact from players who plan on stopping by, as well as several who are trying to work out travel arrangements. Alaska is more than a few coastal fishing villages. Fairbanks is the 2nd-largest city in the state, and because we are so isolated, we actually have a higher than average percent of the population that's into internet stuff. You'd be surprised at how many gamers and geeks we've got. 
Turnout of the convention will be fine (besides, I have so many awesome things to give away to users -- including some not mentioned in the news post ) ... and there will be plenty of potential future Subetians there!
As for the OMG WHY ALASKA? posts -- Squidiot and I LIVE here, and there happens to be a convention here, so it certainly doesn't hurt to host a table when we're already down the street from a gathering of likeminded people.
We have staff all over the US and the world, and Keith has assured everyone that there WILL be more events in the future with various staff members, so calm down please. If you can't make it to Alaska, you'll have chances at other conventions closer to you!
As for the late notice, I'm very sorry, I really wish I could've had more forewarning for you guys, but we had a MAJOR setback with the first print shop we were going through (I will NEVER use them again) and I wasn't sure if we'd even be able to make it.

Try Los Angeles, Florida, New York, Hong Kong (Oh yeah right, sure...) England, maybe even Canada. Or Mexico City! Yeah! The places where it's so packed with people you can't even move your elbow without hitting someone. That'll be uncomfortable, but fun, and popular.
