I used to live in Alaska. Great place, but there were never any conventions held there for anything I liked.
Now, I'm living in Colorado, have been for a good six years or so, will be moving to Montana tomorrow, and something FINALLY happens in Alaska. 
Why doesn't anything ever happen where I live during the time I live there? |D
Seriously, though. Everyone stop complaining about them doing this in Alaska. I can say from experience that this kind of thing doesn't happen enough there.
And to be honest, if they did things like this in a more populated and easier to get to place, I might actually worry... You see, I used to go on another pet site, but then they started selling merchandise. Guess what happened? The site got too popular for its own good. Too many users, too few staff members to keep them in check, not enough rare/desirable items for all the users in the system (thus completely screwing up the site's economy), and the staff became obsessed with money and stopped caring about the users. I don't want it to happen again. Not to Subeta...
