We are pleased to announce that two of our staff members (, ) are attending I-Con dressed wearing shirts sporting these two amazing drawings by . Attendance times will be 6pm-2am on Friday, March 23rd, 10am-2am, Saturday March 24th, and 10am-6pm, Sunday, March 25th. No booth will be set up, but with shirts like these, finding BrokenKat or myself shouldn't be too difficult, should you choose to attend.

First of all, this convention gives us a chance to promote subeta before an otherwise unknowing crowd, and to just get our name out there in general, in front of thousands of people. I honestly don't expect to see more than one or two seperate users.

Please be aware that while this may not be 100% 'fair' for everyone, it benefits everyone, and subeta as a whole. Not only do we get to get subeta's name out there, but also to gain valuable experience and insight in how we might set up some form of our own convention in the future, in the event that we would ever choose to have one.

You obviously misunderstood. Meeting shoppers or people in an official booth is one thing, meeting people you know from the "OMG big bad internet" is different entirely. I know some kid's parent's are like this, hell, my own mother freaks out over nothing.

I do agree with ChimaeraAndDream...people always finding things to complain about. So you can't go, so there's many people who live in other countries, they can't go. That's life. Unfortunately the internet brings people together, but also separates them.

a few staff members decide it'd be fun to do something nice at a con they're going to for users who might be there and all of a sudden it's "omg unfair".

An unofficial gathering for Subeta fans, with no booth, for an unaffiliated convention that has nothing to do with the site?

We have a right to give our concerns.

Perhaps Keith, David, Kat, whoever will do one officially.

You have no right to smear me, or others because we don't think it's right, or fair.

I would gladly pay 50 dollars for an OFFICIAL subeta gathering. I'm sure a lot of other people would, too.

Psh, i would so go if i wasnt on the complete other side of the country(California). Plus i can't even drive. I know i could talk my parents into to going if i lived say, an hour away from it driving distance, But i like like a few days/weeks away from it..driving distance XD And heck now, they wouldnt drive me/fly me all the way to NY to meet some admin from a gaming website. But, all you complainers out their, saying its not fair. ITs 100% fair, you don't have money, you cant go. Everyone else has to pay. Also if you're too far away, thats too bad. Hopefully, however their will be other events like this in other parts of the country. xP

Pokes staff Hey, are any of you aware of the huge glitch that's been going on since last night? Items have vanished from people's shops and galleries, and when you search for anything using the "Shop Search" option, it says that "There are none of that item in the shops!"

Nice to hear that some of you are going to I-con, but we need staff here, too!
