Somehow I lost my Brass Panzer Hydra Medal.. I don't know where it is. I can't find it in my account search and I beat the first monster more than 10 times now. :/

Yes!! I took a bunch of hard losses to finally get a lucky match :). I think I winced every turn, just waiting to get my ass handed to me again. Bummer about that gauntlet though. I’d definitely rather get a sweet weapon than a wearable. There’s already tons of nice clothes on the site and we could sure use some opportunities in getting the accessible higher tier weapons. Very Curious what the BA's have in mind 👀

I appreciate the panzers coming back but I'd also like to join the group of folks who are a bit irked that the gauntlet didn't return. It's....very tiring to see the good weapons always get locked away so only those who were already maxed out could get them over and over again. I think the only place that doesn't happen yet is during the Jelly Wars (although that's been changed around every time to make it harder on folks too). It's tiresome to see the continued locking out of the battle community to anyone who hasn't been on site since before the tiers were a thing (or who wasn't active much in battling before tiers happened).

Zephyrax is squeaking by to beat the 3-headed one. I’ve beaten it 7 times now and am nervous about the next few fights but darnit I am determined to get to 10!! It’s already at twice my pet’s stats ahaha

Managed to defeat the 3 headed this year! Next year, I'll be able to defeat the next.

For anyone wondering how to unlock the challengers, it's tiered. You have to beat the previous one 10 times to receive a medal, which will be in your inventory. Unlock the challenger using that medal.

D'oh! I figured it out - I had a medal in my inventory that I didn't realize was there - clicked and activated and got the next challenger! :D

hiya - so about those achievement medals - when I click the link, it goes to the list of achievements - where all the panzer hydras are listed, but I only have the 1 and 3 headed in my event challengers list...

I have a much confusion :U

Always thought these hydras look straight out of Metal Slug, I love them

Full support for rereleasing the gauntlet. We haven't had boss fights or new weapons for a few years now, and whenever an old challenger is brought back, the weapons and scrolls loot never returns

Happy to be able to battle these fellows again but where's the Panzer Hydra Gauntlet? It seems that everytime I finally get my battle pet up to the point where it might be able to take out a foe strong enough to get higher level weapons from loot, the weapons get taken away. :( It feels like the weapons are being locked behind a wall of gate keeping for only those who were strong enough to get it the first couple of times around. Perhaps it could be added back as an achievement prize?

you need to beat them in order to unlock the next stages (you get an item reward for the achievement that is used to unlock, see also 's comment)

i'm not much of a battler, but am wondering why I only get the very first challenger. Is it because my pet is at such a low tier?

and any T10 out there who might need help. This is the set I use for my T10:

Set and scrolls

but I ended up not using any of the full healer, so you will probably need only one, depending how far you are into T10. You can replace the Aftershocks Scroll with Feather Explosion Scroll or Divine Denizhen Scroll, whichever is cheaper or more accessible for you. If you don't have the Malerias Cursed Arm Bangle, use Trusty Blades instead, but remember to use to modify your weapons (recommended at least 3). Fill the rest with .

Another yet cheaper option is to use with any of the attacker above, but the battle will be more long-going and you will need to use healers at some point. Modify the shield/ weapon as recommended above. I was able to go up to 10 wins with my T10 with this set, in case you're wondering.
