you need to unlock them using the achievement medals (here's a link to see if you've earned them already). if you sold a medal instead of using it, you'll have to buy it off another user (and if you have to rebuy it, make sure to buy the real one and not the replica).

Is there a secret to unlocking the different stages? I just got back off long hiatus and I THOUGHT it was to beat each form 10 times - but 11 battles on the single head form and I see,,, nothing? No achievement, no upgraded form available. I gave it a little while to see if it just took a few minutes to register but nah. Am I missing a key step that's been added?

here's the full list of loot, btw. the three-head and seven-head hydras only have one item, the others have two.

i'm happy to have them back, but i'd like to file a complaint w/ whoever's in charge of the loot, there were a lot of other old things to choose from outside of the gauntlet for the eight-head hydra!
