The Quest-A-Thon has officially started! You’ll have until 11:59pm on September 4 to complete 1,000,000 quests as a community.

Completing quests from the following quest givers will count towards the goal: Blue Building, Carl, Cinthia, Mori and Nori, Alexander, Maleria, Pete, Quentin, Saggitarius, Sarah, and The Wizard.

Don’t forget that regular users can complete 10 quests per quest giver and gold account users can complete 15 quests per quest giver a day. The only quest this does not apply to is Blue Building quests, which are 5 a day for everyone.

You can buy a GA via SP, and there is now a feature known as buddy gold account, gotten via subscription.

What's this about people mentioning Top 100? Where's information on that? And I'm not sure it's really fair as some people can't afford GAs, and other people got done in by lag--no fault of their own. With quests having a strict limits, how fair is it to reward a limited number of people over others?

I'm still getting 504 errors whenever I use quickstock, but the items are still going into my shop at least, and the lag is much better today.

It's not that they're not okay to use, it's that they didn't use to require anyone to accept the lot. That's why people used trades - they could offer and their friend would ignore the offer and then they'd cancel (because it treated the money as if it's out of your account, but now it doesn't).

I thought they would have turned that off. They know the exact number of quests players can get without the buff, so hopefully they wont count anything beyond that. The final numbers should not come down to pure luck.

I hadn't thought about that, I'm also curious if that will have an affect on the numbers. Seems unfair since it's luck based but I'm not sure if that's something the staff is monitoring or not.

Keith posted on the previous news post that we were allowed to work around her requirements this year. You can no longer use trades but you can use your own forum group to temporarily store the sP to access her.

Took me 3 maybe 4? hours to complete the list yesterday but today I got em all done in under an hour. Whatever you all did worked. Thank you for fixing it so quick! Honestly anyone who is surprised by lag/errors the first day of any event must be super new here.

I guess I will not make the 100 because of the lag and the site shut down, I got 2 you ran out of time on your quest so I lost those 2! I was in the middle of getting items from shops and site froze.

The Wizard needs you to Help him out!

You gain the buff Extra Quests which gives you 1 bonus quest with wizard!

I feel Like this will really miss up the 100 top numbers. GIVE ME MORE OF THESE PLEASE!

That’s fine if ‘tonight’ actually means evening for you, but 8pm Subeta time is 1am here and yeah I have work, I’m not waiting up all night for the site to work. I was really hoping to finish all my quests yesterday, but the only time I had during the day is my tea breaks at work and then I didn’t get home until 7pm, at which point the site said it was offline. When it came back it was taking me at least 2 minutes to do 1 quest because of the lag. I was really hoping to have a shot at the top 100, but nope, I wasn’t going to wait up half the night to do my quests so no too 100 for me. Just because ‘it was fine during this time’ it doesn’t mean it was for everyone and we have the right to be annoyed about it.

Nothing happens, it doesn't end early, and we still get the rewards after the event's closing date.

Does the bonus wizard quest random event count toward your total? If so, then I don't think there will be as many ties as you think, due to pure RNG.

We have 10 days and we're almost 20% of the way there! I had no idea so many people still played especially considering the max quests are 155 with a GA(or 156 if the Wizard gives an extra) tbh good for us!
