Server Update + Masquerade Extension

First things first: we are extending Masquerade until Wednesday. It will end Thursday morning at 12:01AM.

We know you have a lot to catch up on, item wise, so we're making it easier. We've increased the prizes for dancing, and decreased the time.

If you want to take a chance with someone new, we've added a ❓ mystery dance ✨ feature. It'll pair you up with another user who is looking for dances, you will both get great prizes.

We are going to continue working on the servers, and hope that they keep improving over the next 24 hours. You can find a more detailed changelog here, that will automatically update.

Thanks for Masquerade which in spite of all the troubles was still fun. Thanks also for the Mystery Dances, that was a nice bonus... but please no more site changes during an event. :)

Oops, my brain forgot that the end of Masq was tonight not actually in the morning morning, haha! Thank you so much for all the work and especially getting those Mystery Dances working! I really enjoyed being able to dance with random users (since I definitely spammed some friends...a ton....), and the random rewards were also a really fun twist. I hope we'll get to use that feature again in future Masquerades :D

I LOVE the events. Events grant me an anonymity that shuts up my high-key social anxiety for like two weeks, so that I can SORT OF interact with other members of this amazing community. I LOVE making HAs. It's an art, for me. It's one of my favorite things about this site. Broken forums ruin the fun, broken wardrobe ruins the fun.... I was a compulsive online shopper... spent a LOT of money online, until I started playing this game. Now? When I feel the need to reward myself by spending money on myself via the internet? I come HERE. I can spend MILLIONS of sp on things that won't clutter up my house or drain my bank account. :D And I feel just as gratified lol. I love this place, so please, pleeeeeease don't kill it

Are the forums still working for some users? I can't see my own posts and a lot of the new pages just have one post on them. :( I missed a week of Masq while the site was broken. Mystery Dance was nice, though!

lol, me neither. I think I spent over an hour accepting and going to the dance floor while claiming/inviting every 1 or 2 minutes simultaneously. And then battling lag and hiccups.

I so hope, we will have some eventless time now.

For an hour or so the dancing boards have been acting up, showing my posts very reluctantly only. Now they - and all forums - will not load altogether, ever spinning load sign. There is a topic already in "Bugs and Errors", no Admin post yet, though. Fortunately at least the mystery dancing still works. This Maquerade is really haunted :-(

Also wondering about a possible GA extension. Usually I don't mind but I activated a 1 week GA medal just for Masquerade that ran out yesterday, so I'm a little bummed :(

About my Morty Card message : I meant 25 CSC, and not 50 CSC! I got the single reward with the maximum reward mixed up somehow, it's fine I think everybody knew what I meant anyway! ... Now that I think about it, a comment edit option would be much more than needed!

I like the Mystery Dance a lot. You get the chance to send refreshments. Tankcou! It is great to see main things getting sorted out. That is very cool. I don't mind bathhouse streaks and the likes of not resetting. If you want to streak so bad? Don't dress your HA's... I see it quite a lot. I can't unsee it haha! but hey, want ever floats your boat.(Yes I understand this may be a glitch) Takecare everyone ❤

You should file a ticket for your Bathhouse count, I had the same problem (actually that's because I refused to visit the Bathhouse before the bug fix so I lost the previous streak) but now it's back. As for Morty Cards, they've been temporarily disabled as they didn't reward users 50 CSC as they should have. When the bug gets fixed, they'll be usable again.

yes I had the same experience, but in the last half hour it changed back to more how it was originally ( got 25 csc and also a gold bag of lounge trinkets)

I've only gotten csc once or twice, so it's definitely a rare chance! But, in case you didn't know, your timer for Mystery Dance is separate from regular dancing, so you can do both at once!!
